Main trailer for Netflix drama “Sweet Home”

Main trailer added for Netflix drama series “Sweet Home” starring Song Kang, Lee Jin-Wook and Lee Si-Young. The drama series is set in a apartment where residents are suddenly turning into monsters. Hyun-Soo (Song Kang) shows all of the symptoms of becoming a monster, but for an unknown reason he does not. He then becomes the only hope for the residents to survive.

“Sweet Home” will become available to stream on Netflix from December 18, 2020.

First script reading & ep.1 air date for JTBC drama “Monster”

Ep.1 air date for JTBC drama series “Monster,” starring Shin Ha-Kyun & Yeo Jin-Goo, is now set for Febraury, 2021. The drama series will air on Fridays & Saturdays at 11PM, following the conclusion of “Hush.” Meanwhile, above and below are photo’s from the first script reading for the drama series which took place earlier this year in South Korea. The first script reading was attended by main cast members including Shin Ha-Kyun, Yeo Jin-Goo, Choi Dae-Hoon, Choi Sung-Eun, Choi Jin-Ho, & Gil Hae-Yeon. The drama series follows two detectives that break the law and their own principles to catch a serial killer.

Ep.1 air date for Kakao TV drama “Lovestruck in the City” delayed

Ep.1 air date for Kakao TV drama series “Lovestruck in the City,” starring Ji Chang-Wook & Kim Ji-Won, has been postponed to December 22, 2020 from December 8, 2020. The delay was caused by an extra on the filming set testing positive for Covid-19. Filming for the series was then paused and all crew members & actors were administered Covid-19 tests. All of those tests came out negative and filming for the series just recently resumed. “Lovestruck in the City” will also stream on Netflix in addition to Kakao TV.

Gou Ayano cast in movie film “Homunculus”

Gou Ayano is cast in live-action film “Homunculus.” The film is based on manga series “Homunculus” by Hideo Yamamoto (“Stop the Bitch Campaign“) and directed by Takashi Shimizu (“Ju-on“). The psychological thriller will have Gou Ayano playing homeless man Susumu Nokoshi. To make money, he undergoes trepanation, which is a medical procedure to drill a hole in the skull. It’s thought the procedure could better blood circulation and pressure inside the skull and also enhance someone’s sixth sense.

“Homunculus” will be released April 2, 2021 in Japan and the movie will also be released on Netflix at a later date.

First script for KBS2 drama “Dear M”

First script reading for KBS2 drama series “Dear M,” starring Park Hye-Soo, Jaehyun, Roh Jeong-Eui, & Bae Hyun-Sung, took place October 14, 2020 in South Korea. The first script reading was attended by the lead performers and others including Lee Jin-Hyuk, Woo Da-Vi, Lee Jung-Sic, Hwang Boreumbyeol, Kwon Eun-Bin (CLC), & Jo Joon-Young. Before the first script reading started, Park Hye-Soo stated “I am excited to you all. I hope we will all complete the drama series healthy and happy.” Jaehyun from boy band NCT stated “I will do my best for all of us to have fun while making the drama series.”

“Dear M” will first air sometime during the first half of 2021 in South Korea.
