Trailer and poster for movie “The End of the Tiny World”

Trailer and poster added for movie “The End of the Tiny World” starring Takanori Iwata & Mackenyu Arata. Movie is based on 2013 novel “Na mo Naki Sekai no End Roll” by Kaoru Yukinari and directed by Yuichi Sato (“Strawberry Night“). The film follows two men who grew up together as close friends and they exact a plan as adults to take revenge. Meanwhile, the movie’s theme song has been revealed as “Yururu” by singer-songwriter Keina Suda. The theme song appears in the main trailer.

“The End of the Tiny World” will be released January 29, 2021 in Japan.

Toma Ikuta and Michiko Kichise cast in TV Asahi drama “Can’t Write!?”

Toma Ikuta and Michiko Kichise are cast in TV Asahi drama series “Can’t Write!?” (literal title). The duo will play husband and wife. Michiko Kichise will play Nami Yoshimaru, who is a best-selling writer. Toma Ikuta will play Keisuke Yoshimaru. He is a stay-at-home dad, but he tries to become a drama series screenwriter. This is the first time for Toma Ikuta to star in a TV Asahi drama series.

“Can’t Writer!?” will first air January, 2021 in Japan.

Jung Woo & Oh Yeon-Seo cast in Kakao TV drama “The Crazy Guy in This District”

Jung Woo & Oh Yeon-Seo are cast in Kakao TV drama series “The Crazy Guy in This District” (literal title). The drama series will be directed by Lee Tae-Gon (“Hello, My Twenties!“/”Diary of a Prosecutor“). For the drama series, Jung Woo and Oh Yeon-Seo will play two people that are going through very turbulent times. They meet each other and fall for the other person.

“The Crazy Guy in This District” will consist of 12 episodes and will be available to stream via Kakao TV sometime during the first half of next year in South Korea.
