First teaser trailer added for ENA drama series “Nightly Photo Studio” (literal title) starring Joo Won & Kwon Na-Ra. The fantasy based drama series revolves around a photo studio that exclusively serves ghosts as its customers. The teaser trailer has Joo Won stating (0:12) “Then I will take a picture,” (0:17) “Dear ghost customers,” (0:23) “Nightly photo studio that opens only at night.”

“Nightly Photo Studio” first airs March 11, 2024 in South Korea.

Anne Watanabe is cast in movie “Kakushigoto”

Anne Watanabe is cast for the lead role in movie “Kakushigoto.” The film is based on 2011 novel “Uso” by Koji Kitakuni and directed by Kosai Sekine (“Kakushigoto“). Story for “Kakushigoto” is a human mystery tale with Anne Watanabe playing Chisako. She runs into a boy at night and sees that he has been physically abused. She takes him home and pretends to be his mother to keep him safe. The main trailer and poster has also been released for the film. The movie’s theme song of “Tears” by Hitsujibungaku is played during the trailer.

“Kakushigoto” will be released June 7, 2024 in Japan.

First teaser poster for JTBC-Coupang Play drama series “Hide” starring Lee Bo-Young, Lee Mu-Saeng, & Lee Chung-Ah. The teaser poster features Lee Bo-Young as Na Moon-Young. She is looking into the disappearance of her husband. Caption on the poster states “Just one week, until the perfect life falls apart.”

“Hide” will first air March 23, 2024 via JTBC in their Saturday and Sunday 10:30 time slot after “Doctor Slump.” The drama series will also stream via Coupang Play in South Korea.

Teaser trailer and teaser poster added for movie “Seeking the King” starring Koo Gyo-Hwan, Seohyun, & Yoo Jae-Myung. Movie is written and directed by Won Shin-Yeon (“The Suspect“). Caption on the launching teaser poster below states “The world’s biggest friend crash landed.” The same caption is also shown in the teaser trailer at the 20 second mark “The world’s biggest friend” and 28 second mark “Crash landed.” The film is set in the Punchbowl area of the DMZ, where a giant robot from outer space crash lands there.

Main trailer added for Netflix drama series “House of Ninjas” starring Kento Kaku & Yosuke Eguchi. The drama series is directed by American director Dave Boyle. Story for “House of Ninjas” follows a legendary ninja family who tries to live a normal life due to an incident 6 years ago. They are then asked to return to their ninja duties to protect the country.

Akane Hotta and Katsuya Maiguma cast in TV Tokyo drama “Sukina Otoko to Wakaretai”

Akane Hotta and Katsuya Maiguma are cast in TV Tokyo live-action drama series “Sukina Otoko to Wakaretai.” The drama series is based on manga series “Sukina Otoko to Wakaretai” by Ai Fujio. In the live-action version, Akane Hotta and Katsuya Maiguma will play Ikuko Shiraishi and Hiroji Kurokawa. Ikuko Shiraishi feels uneasy with her relationship with Hiroji Kurokawa, who doesn’t work and lives in her home.

“Sukina Otoko to Wakaretai” will first air April 3, 2024  in Japan.

Teaser trailer for movie “Troll Factory”

First teaser trailer added for movie “Troll Factory” starring Son Suk-Ku. Movie is based on 2015 novel “Daetgeulboodae” by Jang Kang-Myeong and directed by Ahn Gooc-Jin (“Alice In Earnestland“). The launching teaser begins with an anonymous voice stating “It is revealed that there is a troll farm that takes coordinates and rushes in to attack,” followed by (0:12) an anonymous voice stating “That’s just how we made it,” and Son Suk-Ku states (0:15) “And this story begins with this person’s report.”

“Troll Factory” is now set for release March 27, 2024 in South Korea.
