Teaser poster & release date for movie “Diva”

Teaser poster and release date added for movie “Diva” starring Shin Min-A and Lee Yoo-Young. The film is now scheduled for release September, 2020 in South Korea. Caption on the teaser poster states “Do you want my place?”

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Yi-Young (Shin Min-A) is a diva in the world of diving. She and her best friend Soo-Jin (Lee Yoo-Young) get into a mysterious car accident. Due to that accident, Yi-Young loses her memory and Soo-Jin goes missing. Other divers talk about Yi-Young, as suspicion surrounds her. Under that situation, Yi-Young regains her diving skills, but her strong desire to keep her position as a diva and Soo-Jin’s disappearance push her into madness.

Minami Hamabe & Masaki Okada cast in NHK drama “Eye For An Eye Revenge Agency’s Two People”

Minami Hamabe and Masaki Okada are cast for lead roles in NHK drama series “Eye For An Eye Revenge Agency’s Two People” (literal title of “Tario Fukushu Daiko no Futari”). The drama series features an original screenplay by Mitsuharu Makita, Tomoyuki Takimoto, Yusuke Watanabe, and Tomihiko Tokunaga. For the drama series, Minami Hamabe will play Mami Shirasawa. She became an attorney at the young age of 20 and begins work on her first case. Masaki Okada will play Kensuke Kuroiwa. He is a swindler, who teams up with Mami Shirasawa.

“Eye For An Eye Revenge Agency’s Two People” will consist of 7 episodes and first air October 9, 2020 in Japan (takes over NHK’s Friday 10:00 PM time slot after “Dear Patient“).

Hideaki Ito cast in WOWOW drama series “Tokkai”

Hideaki Ito is cast for the lead role in WOWOW drama series “Tokkai.” The drama series is based on 2019 novel “Tokkai: Bubble no Kaijin wo Oitsumeta Otokotachi” by Hidetoshi Kiyotake. Setsuro Wakamatsu & Yoshinori Muratani will direct the drama series. Director Setsuro Wakamatsu previously directed 2017 WOWOW drama series “Ishitsubute” which is also based on a novel by Hidetoshi Kiyotake.

“Tokkai” first airs sometime next year in Japan.

Teaser trailer for movie “Space Sweepers”

Teaser trailer added for movie “Space Sweepers” starring Song Joong-Ki & Kim Tae-Ri. Captions in the teaser state (0:09) “Year 2092, above the devastated earth,” (0:13) “Space is vast and ..,” (0:17) “There are a lot of trash that can make money,” (0:52) “Our purpose is to make money,” (0:56) “We did not intend to become protectors of Earth.”

The film follows Captain Jang (Kim Tae-Ri), Tae-Ho (Song Joong-Ki ), Tiger Park (Jin Seon-Kyu) and Robot Eobdong (Yu Hae-Jin), who are crew members on the sweeper spaceship Victory. The get involved in a dangerous deal.

Meanwhile, the film’s release date has now been set for September 23, 2020 in South Korea.

Bakarhythm and Arata Iura are cast for lead roles in WOWOW drama series “Murderous Intent’s Journey” (literal title for “Satsui no Dotei”). The drama series is also scripted by Bakarhythm and directed by Takashi Sumida (“Fictitious Girl’s Diary“). In the drama series, Bakarhythm and Arata Iura will play relatives who decide to take revenge on a man who caused the death of their family member.

“Murderous Intent’s Journey” first airs November 9, 2020 in Japan.

Character teaser added for tvN drama series “Stranger 2” starring Cho Seung-Woo and Bae Doo-Na. The character teaser shows briefly Cho Seung-Woo as Hwang Shi-Mok, Bae Doo-Na as Han Yeo-Jin, Jeon Hye-Jin as Choi Bit, Choi Moo-Sung as Woo Tae-Ha, Yoon Se-Ah as Lee Yeon-Jae, and Lee Joon-Hyuk as Seo Dong-Jae. Teaser #1 for JTBC drama “18 Again”

Teaser #1 added for JTBC drama series “18 Again” starring Kim Ha-Neul, Yoon Sang-Hyun, and Lee Do-Hyun. The drama series is a remake of U.S. film “17 Again.” Teaser trailer #1 begins with Yoon Sang-Hyun’s voice stating “It’s all my fault. Da-Jung, I am sorry,” then (0:06) Kim Ha-Neul follows with “I’m so tired. Let’s get a divorce,” and (0:20) Lee Do-Hyun states “Give me one more chance.” Meanwhile, below are the first still images of the three lead performers.

Drama Series “Love Will Begin When Money End” to air from Sept. 15

Upcoming drama series “Love Will Begin When Money End” is set to air from September 15, 2020 in Japan. As many already know, lead actor Haruma Miura died on July 18, 2020. According to drama series producer Keigo Higashinaka, the screenplay for the drama series has been changed to allow the drama series to air in its entirety. The drama series also stars Mayu Matsuoka and have Shohei Miura & Takumi Kitamura in major supporting character roles.
