Here’s still images from movie “The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese” (literal title) starring Tadayoshi Okura, Ryo Narita, and Shiori Yoshida. The still images are of supporting actress Miyu Sakihi and Tadayoshi Okura. In the film, Miyu Sakihi plays Chikako Otomo. She is married to Kyoichi Otomo’s (Tadayoshi Okura). She happens to believe her husband is having an affair and hires an agency to investigate. The film is based on manga “Kyuso wa Chizu no Yume wo Miru” by Setona Mizushiro and directed by Isao Yukisada.

“The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese” is now set for release September 11, 2020 in Japan.

Still images & ep.1 trailer for tvN drama “Stranger 2”

Here’s new still images of Cho Seung-Woo and Bae Doo-Na in tvN drama series “Stranger 2.” The stills are from a scene in which Hwang Shi-Mok (Cho Seung-Woo) and Han Yeo-Jin (Bae Doo-Na) meet for the first time since 2 years ago. Hwang Shi-Mok completed a 2 yeas term at Tongyeong Prosecutor’s Office. He does not know why, but he receives a summon from Supreme Prosecutors’ Office. He arrives in Seoul and contacts Han Yeo-Jin. They meet at a restaurant for the first time in 2 years. First script reading for tvN drama “Tale of the Nine Tailed”

First script reading for tvN drama series “Tale of the Nine Tailed” (English title), starring Lee Dong-Wook, Jo Bo-Ah, & Kim Beom, took place April, 2020 in South Korea. The first script reading was attended by Lee Dong-Wook , Jo Bo-Ah , Kim Beom, Kim Yong-Ji , Hwang Hee, Kim Jung-Nan, and Ahn Kil-Kang and others. The drama series features a fantasy-action-romance genre screenplay. Lee Dong-Wook plays Lee Yeon. He is a gumiho aka nin-tailed fox. Jo Bo-Ah plays Nam Ji-A. She is an enthusiastic television producer. Kim Beom plays Lee Rang. He is Lee Yeon’s younger half brother. For Kim Beom, this is his first drama series role since 2016 SBS drama series “Mrs. Cop 2.” Above and below are photos from the first script reading.

Mun Ka-Young, Cha Eun-Woo, & Hwang In-Yeop cast in tvN drama “True Beauty”

Mun Ka-Young, Cha Eun-Woo, and Hwang In-Yeop are now cast in tvN drama series “True Beauty.” The drama series is adapted from webcomic “Yeoshingangrim” by Yaongyi. Mun Ka-Young will play lead female character Im Joo-Kyeong. She is a high school student with a bright personality. She has a complex about her appearance and hides herself behind make-up. Cha Eun-Woo will play lead male character Lee Soo-Ho. He is also a high school student and transfers to the same high school as Im Joo-Kyeong. He appears to be perfect with an attractive appearance, does well in school and excellent athletic ability. Lastly, Hwang In-Yeop will play Han Seo-Joon. He is a masculine guy with a warm heart.

“True Beauty” first airs sometime later this year in South Korea.

Two teaser posters and ep.1 air date updated for JTBC drama series “Private Life” (literal title) starring Ko Gyung-Pyo and Seohyun. The teaser posters are of the two female leads Seohyun and Kim Hyo-Jin and the other teaser posters are of the male leads Ko Gyung-Pyo and Kim Young-Min.

Ren Komai & Etsushi Toyokawa cast in movie “Itomichi”

Ren Komai and Etsushi Toyokawa are cast in movie “Itomichi.” The film is based on 2011 novel “Itomichi” by Osamu Koshigaya (“Girl In The Sunny Place“) and directed by Satoko Yokohama (“Bare Essence of Life“). Ren Komai will play main character Ito Soma and Etushi Toyokawa will play her father Koichi Soma. Filming for the movie will begin mid-September, 2020 in Aomori Prefecture, including Aomori City, Hirosaki, and Itayanagi town. the movie will be released in 2021. 

“Itomichi” will be released sometime next year in Japan.

First teaser poster for JTBC drama “18 Again”

First teaser poster added for JTBC drama series “18 Again” starring Kim Ha-Neul & Yoon Sang-Hyun.
