Yoo Seung-Ho & Hyeri are cast in KBS2 drama series “When Flowers Bloom, I Think of the Moon” (literal title). Yoo Seung-Ho and Hyeri will play lead characters in the drama series that is set in late Joseon period, during an alcohol prohibition time. The first script reading recently took place already and filming will start May, 2021.
“When Flowers Bloom, I Think of the Moon” first airs sometime during the second half of 2021 in South Korea.

Yoon Doo-Joon (Highlight) is cast in drama series “There is No Goo Pil-Soo” (literal title) co-starring Kwak Do-Won. This will be Yoon Doo-Joon’s first acting role since he was discharged from the South Korea military on April 10, 2020. Filming for the drama series will begin July, 2021, but air date or broadcasting station has not yet been announced.

English subtitled trailer added for movie “Miracle Letters to the President” starring Park Jung-Min, Lee Sung-Min, Lim Yoon-A, & Lee Soo-Kyung. The film follows a young man played by Park Jung-Min. His lifelong dream is to have a train station built in his small village town. He even writes letters to the South Korean President to have a station built there. Movie is directed by Lee Jang-Hoon (“Be with You“).

Ep.1 trailer added for tvN drama series “Mine” starring Lee Bo-Young & Kim Seo-Hyung. The teaser trailer shows top actress Jung Seo-Hyun (Lee Bo-Young) as she is introduced to her wealthy in-law family, who seem particularly adept at throwing loud tantrums and throwing things around in general.

Manami Higa is cast for the lead role in TV Tokyo live-action drama series “One Half of a Married Couple” (literal title). The drama series is based on manga series “Nibun no Ichi Fuufu” written by Yukino Natsukawa. For “One Half of a Married Couple,” Manami Higa will play Aya Nakayama. Although her marriage appears perfect, she begins to suspect that her husband is having an affair.
The drama series will be available to stream on Paravi from May 26, 2021 and air on TV Tokyo from June 2, 2021.

First teaser trailer added for SBS drama series “Racket Boys” (literal title) starring Kim Sang-Kyung & Oh Na-Ra. The teaser trailer begins with the voice of supporting actor Woo Hyeon who plays the local village head. He asks “Where are all the boys who play badminton?” The teaser then shows the various badmintion players including talkative Lee Yong-Tae (Kim Kang-Hoon), leader and attention seeker Bang Yoon-Dam (Son Sang-Yeon), sweet and friendly Na Woo-Chan (Choi Hyun-Wook) and always bluffing Yoon Hae-Kang (Tang Joon-Sang). Above & below are still images of Kim Sang-Kyung and Oh Na-Ra in the drama series.

Ryohei Suzuki is cast for the lead role in TBS drama series “Tokyo MER.” For the drama series, Ryohei Suzuki will play Kota Kitami. He leads a team of emergency medical personnel that is call Tokyo Mobile Emergency Room. They travel to accident sites by a large vehicle that even has an operating room. The drama series is scripted by Tsutomu Kuroiwa (“The Dangerous Venus“).
“Tokyo MER” first airs July, 2021 in Japan (takes over TBS’ Sunday 9PM time slot after “Dragon Sakura S2“).

Teaser trailer and poster added for movie “Masquerade Night” starring Takuya Kimura & Masami Nagasawa. Movie is based on 2017 novel “Masquerade Night” by Keigo Higashino and is a sequel to 2019 movie “Masquerade Hotel.” The first group of supporting cast members have been announced and they all reprise their respective character from the 2019 movie. The newly announced cast members are Fumiyo Kohinata, Zen Kajihara, Yuki Izumisawa, Eisuke Sasai, Atsuro Watabe, Toshihide Tonesaku, Ren Ishikawa , Shingo Tsurumi, and Ryo Ishibashi.
