Park Hae-Joon is cast in JTBC drama series “I Haven’t Done My Best Yet” (literal title). The drama series is based on “Ore Wa Mada Honki Dashitenai Dake” by Shunju Aono, which was previously adapted into 2013 movie “I’ll Give It My All … Tomorrow” starring Shinichi Tsutsumi. The drama series will have Park Hae-Joon playing main character Nam Geum-Pil. As a 40 something year old father, he quits his job and decides to become a webcomic writer.
“I Haven’t Done My Best Yet” will air sometime later this year in South Korea.

Movie “Midnight,” starring Jin Ki-Joo & Wi Ha-Joon, is now scheduled for release late June, 2021 or early July, 2021 in South Korean theaters and via online video platform TVING. The film was originally scheduled for release in the first half of 2020, but the coronavirus outbreak caused its release to be delayed. Movie “Midnight” features a thriller script, with Wi Ha-Joon playing a serial killer.

Movie is based on novel “Moeyo Ken” by Ryotaro Shiba (“Taboo“) and directed by “Baragaki: Unbroken Samurai.” Release date for the film is also now set for October 15, 2021. The movie’s release date was originally postponed due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

Fumi Nikaido is cast in TBS live-action drama series “Promise Cinderella.” The drama series is based on webcomic “Promise Cinderella” by Oreko Tachibana. The drama series has Fumi Nikaido playing housewife Hayame Katsuragi. Her husband suddenly informs her that he wants a divorce.
“Promise Cinderella” airs July, 2021 in Japan (takes over TBS’ Tuesday 10 PM time slot after “Why I Dress Up For Love“).

Teaser trailer and poster added for movie “Boku to Kanojo to Rally to” starring Win Morisaki & Mai Fukagawa. The movie, which is themed around the sport of rally racing, is written and directed by Renpei Tsukamoto. The theme song has also been announced, which is “Joyride” by singer-songwriter Miliyah Kato. The track “Joyride” is also played in the teaser trailer.
Release date for “Boku to Kanojo to Rally to” is now set for October 1, 2021 in Japan.

Shohei Miura and Yuki Yamada are cast for supporting roles in NTV live-action drama series “Hakozume” starring Erika Toda and Mei Nagano. The drama series is based on 2017 manga series “Hakozume: Koban Joshi no Gyakushu” by Miko Yasu. The drama series is set at a small police box station. Both Shohei Miura and Yuki Yamada will play detectives there. They work as a team and they graduated from the same police university as Seiko Fuji (Erika Toda).
“Hakozume” first airs July, 2021 in Japan.

Han Hyo-Joo, Park Hyung-Sik, and Jo Woo-Jin are cast in tvN drama series “Happiness.” The drama series will be directed by Ahn Gil-Ho and scripted by Han Sang-Woon. Ahn Gil-Ho and Han Sang-Woon previously worked together on 2019 OCN drama series “Watcher.” For Park Hyung-Sik this will be his first acting role since he was discharged from the South Korean military on January 4, 2021. The drama series is set an apartment complex, when an infectious disease breaks out.
Filming for “Happiness” will begin May, 2021.
