Drama series “One Ordinary Day,” starring Kim Soo-Hyun & Cha Seung-Won, is set to air from November, 2021 in South Korea. The drama series will stream through online platform Coupang Play (similar to Amazon Play). The OTT platform was launched by e-commerce company Coupang in December, 2020. Filming for “One Ordinary Day” has already began. “One Ordinary Day” will consist of 8 episodes and have a runtime of approximately 60 minutes per episode.

Atsushi Ito, Nozomi Sasaki, and Ren Kiriyama are cast in NHK drama series “Shiroi Dakuryu.” The drama series is based on 2019 novel “Shiroi Dakuryu” by Kojiro Koyabu. In the drama series, Atsushi Ito will play pharmaceutical researcher Kazuki Yoshinami. Ren Kiriyama will play his friend & colleague Wataru Kashiwagi. Nozomi Sasaki will play newspaper reporter Tomoko Kawahara.

The drama series will stream through online video platforms Naver TV, iQIYI, and Viki in about 190 countries. Main trailer and poster added for live-action film “Tokyo Revengers” starring Takumi Kitamura & Yuki Yamada. Movie is based on 2017 manga series “Tokyo Revengers” by Ken Wakui (“Shinjuku Swan“) and directed by Tsutomu Hanabusa. Meanwhile, the movie’s them song has been revealed as “Namae o Yobuyo” by rock band Super Beaver. The theme song “Namae o Yobuyo” appears in the main trailer.

Filming finishes April 19, 2021 and first still image released for movie “Alien” starring Ryoo Joon-Yeol, Kim Tae-Ri, So Ji-Sub, & Kim Woo-Bin. Filming for the movie began back on March 29, 2020 and the movie took 13 months to finish. Movie is directed by Choi Dong-Hoon (“Tazza“/”Woochi“/”The Thieves“). He stated that “Filming finished after 387 days. It was the most difficult movie to film for me and it had the most ups and downs. But, now I think its the movie with the greatest joy for me. I hope the staff, who worked hard with me, would watch the movie later and have fun.”
“Alien” will be released in two parts, but release dates have not yet been set.

Masataka Kubota & Rie Miyazawa are cast in movie “Decisive War Is Sunday” (literal title of “Kessen wa Nichiyobi”). The film is written and directed by Yuichiro Sakashita. For the movie, Maataka Kubota will play Tsutomu Tanimura. He works as a secretary for a politician. After he falls ill, the politician’s daughter, played by Rie Miyazawa, runs for his office.

Two new teaser posters & revised ep.1 air date set to April 30, 2021 for OCN drama series “Dark Hole” starring Kim Ok-Vin & Lee Joon-Hyuk. Ep. 1 of “Dark Hole” was originally scheduled to air Saturday, April 24, 2021, but was moved to Friday, April 30th, 2021. The drama series will now air on Fridays and Saturdays at 10:50 PM instead of Saturdays and Sundays as originally planned. Caption on the teaser posters states “We face an age of survival.”

Cha Tae-Hyun, Jin Young, and Krystal are cast for lead roles in KBS2 drama series “Police Class” (literal title). The drama series will have Cha Tae-Hyun play Yoo Dong-Man. He is a former detective and now a professor at the police university. Jin Young and Krystal will play rookie cadets at the police university.
