Lee Sung-Min, Jin Ki-Joo, and Pyo Ji-Hoon cast in Netflix drama “True Lessons”

Lee Sung-Min, Jin Ki-Joo, and Pyo Ji-Hoon are cast in drama series “True Lessons” starring already announced Kim Moo-Yul. The drama series will also premiere through Netflix worldwide. “True Lessons” is based on webcomic “Chamkyoyook” by Chae Yong-Taek and screenplay adaptation written by Lee Nam-Kyu (“The Light in Your Eyes“). The series is also directed by Hong Jong-Chan, who previously worked with Kim Moo-Yul and Lee Sung-Min in 2022 Netflix drama series “Juvenile Justice.”

For the newly announced cast members, Lee Sung-Min will play Minister of Education  Choi Gang-Seok. He started the Educational Rights Protection Bureau. Jin Ki-Joo will play Im Han-Rim. She is a supervisor at the Educational Rights Protection Bureau and she used to be in the special forces. Pyo Ji-Hoon will play Bong Geun-Dae. He is a genius and an assistant director at the Educational Rights Protection Bureau.

Main trailer and poster added for TVING drama series “Way Back Love” starring Gong Myung and Kim Min-Ha. The fantasy-romance drama series is based on 2018 novel “Naega Jookki Iljooil Jeon” by Seo Eun-Chae and directed by Choi Ha-Na (“More Than Family“). Kyoko Yoshine and Kyoya Honda cast in Fuji TV drama “Nami Uraraka ni, Meoto Biyori”

Kyoko Yoshine and Kyoya Honda are cast in Fuji TV drama series “Nami Uraraka ni, Meoto Biyori.” Drama series is based on webcomic by “Nami Uraraka ni, Meoto Biyori” by Hachi Nishiga. The story for “Nami Uraraka ni, Meoto Biyori” is set in 1936 and is a romantic-comedy centered around an arranged marriage. Kyoko Yoshine will play Natsumi. She never even met her husband prior to her marriage. Kyoya Honda will play Takimasa Ebata. He is a naval officer and doesn’t express his feelings very well.

“Nami Uraraka ni, Meoto Biyori” will first air April 24, 2025 (takes over Fuji TV’s Thursday 10PM time slot after “Japan’s Saitei Man“).

The drama series revolves around an insurance team, led by No Ki-Jun played by Lee Dong-Wook, that sells divorce insurance. Kumiko Aso and Akihisa Shiono cast in TV Asahi drama “Mamono”

Kumiko Aso and Akihisa Shiono are cast in TV Asahi drama series “Mamono.” The drama series is co-production between TV Asahi and South Korean production studio SLL, that produced drama series like “Itaewon Class” and “Reborn Rich.” Kumiko Aso will play lead character Ayame Kajin in the drama series. She works as a lawyer in a male dominated field. She meets a dangerous man named Iteya Minamoto played by Akihisa Shiono.

“Mamono” will first air April 18, 2025 in Japan.
