Launching teaser poster and release date set for movie “My Daughter is a Zombie” starring Cho Jung-Seok, Lee Jung-Eun, Choi Yoo-Ri, & Cho Yeo-Jeong. The zombie comedy-drama is directed by Pil Gam-Seong (“Hostage: Missing Celebrity“) and based on webcomic “Zombiega Dweeeobeorin Naui Ddal” by Lee Yoon-Chang. Caption on the launching poster states “My daughter has become a zombie … my child doesn’t bite.”

“My Daughter is a Zombie” is now set for release July, 2025 in South Korea.

Main trailer and poster for Netflix drama “Dear Hongrang”

Main trailer and poster added for Netflix drama series “Dear Hongrang” starring Lee Jae-Wook & Cho Bo-Ah. The period mystery-romance drama series depicts a story that develops mysterious feelings between Hong-Rang (Lee Jae-Wook) and his older step-sister Jae-Yi (Cho Bo-Ah). Hong-Rang returns after going missing for 12 years, but he has lost his memories. His older step-sister Jae-Yi  is the only one who suspects his true identity. Caption in the main poster states “Your hidden secrets, your unspoken truth.”

Minami Hamabe and Ren Meguro cast in movie “Hodonaku, Owakare Desu”

Minami Hamabe and Ren Meguro are cast in movie “Hodonaku, Owakare Desu.” Movie is based on 2022 novel of same name by Amane Nagatsuki. The movie’s screenplay adaptation is scripted by Takaaki Honda (“Yakusoku“) and directed by Takahiro Miki (“Love Me, Love Me Not“). Story for “Hodonaku, Owakare Desu” will have Minami Hamabe play Misora Shimizu. She begins to work as an intern at a funeral home. She is mentored by Reiji Urushibara played by Ren Meguro.

“Hodonaku, Owakare Desu” will be released February, 2026 in Japan.

Lee Jae-Wook, Go Min-Si, Kim Min-Ha, & Lee Hee-Jun are cast in Netflix drama series “Perfect Job.” The drama series combines a mixture of mystery, horror, and fantasy genres. Centered in the screenplay is a mysterious employment agency known as Spyder Human Resource Center. Lee Jae-Wook will play Hyuk-Joon. He is a man in debt and decides to enter Spyder Human Resource Center.

Release date for “Perfect Job” has not yet been decided, but will likely take place in 2026.

Teaser poster and ep.1 air date set for JTBC drama series “Good Boy” starring Park Bo-Gum & Kim So-Hyun. The teaser poster features Park Bo-Gum as Yoon Dong-Joo. His character is a former Olympic boxer and he now works as a police officer. To play his role of Yoon Dong-Joo, Park Bo-Gum went through strength training and boxing lessons for over 6 months.

“Good Boy” is now set to first air May 31, 2025 in South Korea (takes over JTBC’s Saturday and Sunday 10:40 PM time slot after “Heavenly Ever After“).

Kaito Takahashi & Tomoya Nakamura cast in TBS drama “DOPE”

Kaito Takahashi & Tomoya Nakamura is cast in TBS drama series “DOPE.” The drama series is based on novel “DOPE: Mayaku Torishimaribu Tokusoka” by Chiaki Kisaki, with screenplay adaptation written by Shinichi Tanaka (“The Men of the Wada Family“), and director Kosuke Suzuki (“Hustlin Boy“). Background of the drama series is set in the near future, when a new drug known as DOPE becomes rampant. Two members, played by Kaito Takahashi & Tomoya Nakamura, of the Special Investigation Unit of the Narcotics Control Department work together to eradicate the drug.

“DOPE” will first air July, 2025 in Japan.

New teaser trailer added for tvN drama series “Second Shot at Love” starring Sooyoung and Gong Myung. The teaser trailer is title “The War on Alcohol Teaser” and is the fifth teaser released for the upcoming drama series. The teaser trailer begins with Kim Sung-Ryoung (playing the mother of Sooyoung’s character Han Geum-Joo) asking “You said that you liked alcohol more? You said that you want to call off the wedding?,” this is followed by (0:08) Sooyoung “I’m not an alocholic. I’m an alochol lover,” (0:11) Kim Sung-Ryoung “Everyone, keep in mind. Jung Kyoung-Ho & So Ju-Yeon cast in tvN drama “Pro Bono”

Jung Kyoung-Ho and So Ju-Yeon are cast in tvN drama series “Pro Bono” (working title). The drama series will show a comical court room drama about a former judge, played by Jung Kyoung-Ho, who becomes a public interest lawyer, and a geeky public interest lawyer played by So Ju-Yeon. They work together for a nonprofit in a corner of a building that doesn’t even get sunlight. “Pro Bono” is written by Moon Yoo-Seok (“Ms. Hammurabi“) and directed by Kim Sung-Yoon (“Itaewon Class“).

“Pro Bono” will first air sometime in the second half of this year in South Korea.

Teaser trailer for movie “Hi-5”

Teaser trailer added for movie “Hi-5” starring Lee Jae-In, Ahn Jae-Hong, Ra Mi-Ran, Kim Hee-Won, & Yoo Ah-In. The action-comedy film is written and directed by Kang Hyung-Chul (“Scandal Makers“). While filming for the movie took place in 2021, the release date was pushed back due to Yoo Ah-In’s drug scandal. The film revolves around five people who received transplants and also received superpowers in the process. Character posters & release date for TVING drama “Shark: The Storm”

Character posters and release date revealed for upcoming TVING drama series “Shark: The Storm” starring Kim Min-Suk and Lee Hyun-Wook. Drama series is based on webcomic “Shark” written by Woon and a sequel to 2021 TVING movie “Shark: The Beginning.” The character posters are of Kim Min-Suk as aspiring MMA fighter Cha Woo-Sol and Lee Hyun-Wook as villain Hyun Woo-Yong. Caption on Kim Min-Suk’s character poster states “I have to fight, like a a shark that never stops.” Caption on Lee Hyun-Wook’s character poster states “Cha Woo-Sol, this is completely destiny.”
