Teaser trailer & poster for movie “Akira and Akira”

Teaser trailer and poster added for movie “Akira and Akira” starring Ryoma Takeuchi & Ryusei Yokohama. Movie is based on novel “Akira to Akira” by Jun Ikeido, which was previously adapted into 2017 WOWOW drama series “Akira and Akira” starring Osamu Mukai & Takumi Saito. In addition, supporting cast members have been announced for the film and they are Moka Kamishiraishi, Eiji Okuda, Yosuke Eguchi, Shinnosuke Mitsushima, Muga Tsukaji, Shohei Uno , Kanji Ishimaru , Kazuya Kojima , Yusuke Santamaria,  Naho Toda,  Toru Nomaguchi, Tetta Sugimoto, Miki Sakai, Koichi Yamadera,  Kanji Tsuda, Satoshi Tokushige, Kenichi Yajima,  Erika Mabuchi, Takaya Yamauchi, Momiji Yamamura, & Shinji Takehara.

Teaser poster & English title set for movie “Project Wolf Hunting” starring Seo In-Guk & Jang Dong-Yoon. Movie is written and directed by Kim Hong-Sun (“The Con Artists“). The film revolves around a 3 day mission to capture criminals out in the Pacific Ocean and bring them back to South Korea. Filming for “Project Wolf Hunting” began summer, 2021 and finished this month.

“Project Wolf Hunting” is scheduled for release sometime in the second half of this year.

Trailer added for movie “Alivehoon” starring Shuhei Nomura, Ai Yoshikawa, & Takanori Jinnai. The film revolves around Koichi Oba, played by Shuhei Nomura, who is the best at a car racing esports video game and then is scouted to join a real car racing team. The trailer begins with captions that states “To all the people who don’t give up on their dreams.”

Yeo Jin-Goo & Cho Yi-Hyun cast in movie “Ditto”

Yeo Jin-Goo & Cho Yi-Hyun are cast for lead roles in remake film “Ditto.” Also cast for the movie are Kim Hye-Yoon, Na In-Woo, & Bae In-Hyuk. The film is a remake of 2000 movie “Ditto” starring Yoo Ji-Tae & Kim Ha-Neul. The romance-fantasy film involves two college students, from different time periods, communicating with each other. Yeo Jin-Goo will play Yong in the 1990’s. Cho Yi-Hyun will play Mu-Nee in the present day. Movie will be directed by Seo Eun-Young (“Overman“).

Filming for “Ditto” will begin May, 2022 and the movie is expected to be released May, 2023.

2nd character teaser added for Olleh TV-Seezn drama series “There is No Goo Pil-Soo” (literal title) starring Kwak Do-Won & Yoon Doo-Joon. The 2nd character teaser features Yoon Do-Joon as Jung Seok. The teaser begins with Yoon Do-Joon stating “I think the value of a start-up should be the start-up itself” and shows his character being a successful entrepreneur in the start-up field. Teaser trailer and teaser posters added for live-action film “Whisper of the Heart” starring Nana Seino & Tori Matsuzaka. Movie is based on on manga series “Mimi o Sumaseba” by Aoi Hiiragi. Caption on the two teaser posters states “There’s someone I want to meet.” Also announced today, Runa Yasuhara and Tsubasa Nakagawa will appear in the film to play the middle school days of lead characters Shizuku Tsukishima and Seiji Amasawa.

Shingo Katori & Yukino Kishii cast in movie “Inu mo Kuwane do Charlie wa Warau”

Shingo Katori and Yukino Kishii are cast in movie “Inu mo Kuwane do Charlie wa Warau.” Movie is scripted and directed by Masahide Ichii (“Blindly in Love“). In the comedy movie, Shingo Katori and Yukino Kishii will play a married couple. They seem to be in a happy marriage, but the wife makes sinister posts about her husband on a social media page.

Filming took place from late September – late October, 2021 in Tokyo and Saitama. “Inu mo Kuwane do Charlie wa Warau” will be released September, 2022 in Japan.
