More castings has been revealed for upcoming sci-fi film “Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade” (“In-rang”) starring Gang Dong-Won and directed by Kim Jee-Woon. Here’s character posters of Shin Ha-Kyun and Do Kyung-Soo (‘EXO’) for upcoming movie “Room No.7.” Movie is set to make its world premiere as the opening film at this year’s Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (July 13-23, 2017). “Room No.7” is a comedy-thriller set at a DVD viewing shop. In particular, secrets are held in room no.7 at the DVD viewing shop which causes a battle between the owner and employee.
Lee Sun-Kyun is cast in new movie “PMC” co-starring Ha Jung-Woo. The film will be directed by Kim Byung-Woo (“The Terror Live“). Premise for the film has a PMC (private military company) hired to make a daring rescue within an underground bunker, while tension increases between North and South Korea. Ha Jung-Woo will play one of the main hired soldiers, while Lee Sun-Kyun plays a doctor.
Filming for “PMC” begins August, 2017 and the movie will be released sometime next year in South Korea.

Kim Ji-Won is now cast for the lead female role in movie “Detective K: 3” (working title) starring Kim Myung-Min and Oh Dal-Su. For the film, Kim Ji-Won will play a woman who has lost her memory. She tries to solve case(s) with Detective Kim Min (Kim Myung-Min) and Seo-Pil (Oh Dal-Su). Additionally, actor Lee Min-Ki is cast for a special appearance in the movie. He will play Heuk Do Po. He is a mysterious figure and central to the story.
Like its predecessors 2011 film “Detective K: Secret Of Virtuous Widow” and 2015 film “Detective K: Secret of the Lost Island,” “Detective K: 3” will be released around Lunar New Year (February, 2018).
Kim Ji-Won has been offered the lead female role in upcoming movie “Detective K: 3” (working title) co-starring Kim Myung-Min and Oh Dal-Su. Currently, Kim Ji-Won is “positively considering” the offer. If accepted, Kim Ji-Won would follow leading ladies Han Ji-Min in “Detective K: Secret Of Virtuous Widow” and Lee Yeon-Hee in in “Detective K: Secret of the Lost Island.”

Filming for movie “Dokjeon” (working title) began July 1, 2017 in South Korea. The movie stars Cho Jin-Woong, Ryoo Joon-Yeol and Kim Ju-Hyeok. Actor Cha Seung-Won will also make a special appearance in the film. Kim Sung-Ryoung headlines the supporting cast for the film. Movie is directed by Lee Hae-Young.
Filming for Kim Ki-Duk directed film “The Time of Humans” finished recently. The movie stars an eclectic group of performers including Jang Keun-Suk, Ryoo Seung-Bum, Ahn Sung-Ki, Lee Sung-Jae, Mina Fujii and Joe Odagiri. The pictures here were taken during the final days of filming, which began last month. Story for the film takes place on a battleship with a wide variety of people on the ship. They include a gang boss played by Ryoo Seung-Bum, a cruel guy named Adam played by Jang Keun-Suk, a Japanese woman named Eve played by Mina Fuji and her boyfriend played by Joe Odagiri.
“The Time of Humans” should be released later this year in South Korea.
