Hyun-Bin & Son Ye-Jin are cast in new movie “Negotiation” (literal title). Movie will have Hyun-Bin playing a villain for the first time in his career. In the movie, Son Ye-Jin will play crisis negotiator Ha Chae-Yoon. She faces off against Min Tae-Koo (Hyun-Bin) who is holding his boss as a hostage.
Filming for “Negotiation” begins June, 2017 in South Korea.
Popular actor Kim Woo-Bin has been recently diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer according to his management company Sidus HQ. Kim Woo-Bin has already begun receiving treatment for his cancer which includes chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Obviously, his acting career will be placed on hold until he becomes healthy. Filming for movie “Wiretap” starring Lee Jung-Jae and Kim Woo-Bin was scheduled to begin August, 2017, but that film has postponed shooting until Kim Woo-Bin recovers.

Teaser trailer and posters added for upcoming movie “A Taxi Driver” (English title) starring Song Kang-Ho. Movie is based-on-a-true-story and directed by Jang Hun. Jang Hun and Song Kang-Ho previously worked together in 2010 film “The Secret Reunion.” Story for the film is set in May, 1980. Song Kang-Ho plays Seoul taxi cab driver Kim Man-Seob. He hears of a foreign man offering a large sum of money to be driven to Gwangju and back.

Here’s two teaser posters and the first still images of Kim Soo-Hyun in upcoming movie “Real.” In the upcoming film, Kim Soo-Hyun plays two different characters who both have the name of Jang Tae-Young. One man is a gang boss and he is about to open a casino. The other man is a mysterious business man who promises to invest a lot of money. The two men have the same appearance and same name, but totally different personalities.

Jang Keun-Suk is cast in new Kim Ki-Duk directed film “Human Time” (literal title). In the movie, Jang Keun-Suk will play a character that is cruel and a cold hearted human. The movie itself will examine the boundary of ethics and morality in humans. Already cast in the film are Ryoo Seung-Bum and Ahn Sung-Ki. This is the first time Jang Keun-Suk and Kim Ki-Duk will work together.
Filming for “Human Time” begins at the end of May, 2017.
Main trailer added for upcoming movie “Okja” starring Ahn Seo-Hyun. Movie is directed by Bong Joon-Ho and will stream on Netflix worldwide on June 28, 2017. The film will also premiere in South Korean theaters on the same day (June 29, 2017 local time). The movie is having its world premiere at this year’s Cannes Film Festival in the “Competition” section. “Okja” also features the appearance of Hollywood actors including Jake Gyllenhaal, Lily Collins and Tilda Swinton.

Movie takes place during the summertime for a 18 year old high school girl played by Lee Soo-Kyung. She has a crush on her gym teacher, while a fellow classmate (Kim Dong-Young) has a crush on her. Movie had its world premiere at last year’s Busan International Film Festival.

Ryoo Joon-Yeol and Yoo Ji-Tae are cast in new movie “Money” (literal title). Movie will be the first film directed by Park Noo-Ri. He has previously worked as an assistant director on movies “The Unjust,” “The Berlin File” and “Man In Love.” In the upcoming film, Ryoo Joon-Yeol will play new stock broker Il-Hyun.
