Kento Yamazaki, Ryo Yoshizawa, and Kanna Hashimoto are cast in movie “Kingdom 4.” The live-action film is based on manga series manga series “Kingdom” by Yasuhisa Hara and will be directed by Shinsuke Sato (who directed the previous 3 “Kingdom” films). Hikari Mitsushima and Masaki Okada are cast in suspense film “Last Mile.” Movie is directed by Ayuko Tsukahara and scripted Akiko Nogi. The director and screenwriter previously worked together on 2018 TBS drama series “Unnatural” and 2020 TBS drama series “MIU 404.” The film will have Hikari Mitsushima and Masaki Okada play employees at a large package distribution center. Ryo Narita, Yudai Chiba, & Kwon Eun-Bi are cast in movie “Stolen Identity 3.” The film is the third installment of “the Stolen Identity” films following 2018 movie “Stolen Identity” and 2020 movie “Stolen Identity 2.” The films are based on 2017 novel “Sumaho o Otoshita dake ” by Akira Shiga. While Ryo Narita and Yudai Chiba will reprise their roles of Yoshiharu Urano and Manabu Kagaya in “Stolen Identity 3,” South Korean Kwon Eun-Bi is cast for her feature film role. Kwon Eun-Bi is a former member of idol group IZ*ONE. For the movie, Kwon Eun-Bi will play mysterious woman Soo-Min.
“Stolen Identity 3” will be released sometime next year in South Korea.

Mei Nagano and Fumiya Takahashi are cast in live-action film “Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san.” The movie is based on manga series “Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san” by Soichiro Yamamoto and is a sequel to TBS drama series “Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san” that will air next March. The movie will be set 10 years after the drama series and have the two main characters, who are now adults, working as teachers at the same middle school. Director Rikiya Imaizumi directs both the drama series and the live-action film.

Movie is a sequel to 2023 TBS drama series “My Home Hero.” Story for the movie picks up where the drama series ended. Kuranosuke Sasaki plays Tetsuo Tosu. He is a father who kills his daughter’s boyfriend to protect her. Caption on the teaser poster states “Daughter, I killed your boyfriend.”

Trailer and poster added for suspense film “Aru Tozasareta Yuki no Sanso de” starring Daiki Shigeoka, Ayami Nakajo, and Amane Okayama. Movie is based on 1992 novel “Aru Tozasareta Yuki no Sanso de” by famous mystery writer Keigo Higashino (“Suspect X“) and directed by Ken Iizuka (“Enokida Trading Post“). The trailer shows 7 young theater actors who have gathered at a snowy mountain villa for a final audition. They are not allowed contact with the outside world during their stay. Around the 16 second mark in the trailer, one of the participants disappears and leaves behind a bloody vase.
