Kento Yamazaki, Ryo Yoshizawa, & Kanna Hashimoto cast in movie “Kingdom 4”

Kento Yamazaki, Ryo Yoshizawa, and Kanna Hashimoto are cast in movie “Kingdom 4.” The live-action film is based on manga series manga series “Kingdom” by Yasuhisa Hara and will be directed by Shinsuke Sato (who directed the previous 3 “Kingdom” films). Also cast to play new characters in “Kingdom 4” are Koji Kikkawa and Shun Oguri. MEanwhile, the first teaser trailer has been added on AsianWiki.

“Kingdom 4” will be released July 12, 2024 in Japan.

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: While Qin continues its constant battles to unify the region, neighboring country Cho suddenly invades Qin from the north. To fight against Cho, Eisei (Ryo Yoshizawa) places legendary General Ohki (Takao Osawa) as the commander-in-chief. Shin (Kento Yamazaki) admires Ohki greatly and his unit is named the Hishin Unit by Ohki. Shin and Ohki stand together at the battle on Mayang against Cho. Despite disadvantageous situation, they defeat the Cho military.
