Trailer added for coming-of-age film “We Are” starring Erina Mano, Kurumi Shimizu, Ryusei Yokohama, Yuki Morinaga and Junki Tozuka. The trailer also reveals the movie’s theme song which is “Tarareba” by Japanese rock group Amazarashi. Movie is directed by Michihito Fujii.
“We Are” will be released December 7, 2018 in Japan.
Here’s the first teaser poster for movie upcoming “Unstoppable” starring Ma Dong-Seok and Song Ji-Hyo. The film has Ma Dong-Seok and Song Ji-Hyo playing a married couple. Ma Dong-Seok’s character is reformed gangster, but his wife gets kidnapped and he sets out to get her back.
“Unstoppable” will be released sometime this November, 2018 in South Korea. Ma Dong-Seok also has movie “The Neighbors” (literal title) tentatively scheduled for release this November as well.
Teaser trailer for movie “Door Lock” starring Kong Hyo-Jin. Movie falls within thriller-mystery genre and is directed by Lee Kwon (“My Ordinary Love Story“).
In addition, “Door Lock” is now set for release sometime this December in South Korea.
Teaser trailer for live-action film “Chiwawa-chan” starring Mugi Kadowaki, Ryo Narita, Kanichiro and Tina Tamashiro. Movie is based on manga “Chiwawa-chan” by Kyoko Okazaki and directed by Ken Ninomiya. The film starts out with the body of Chiwawa-chan found in Tokyo Bay.
“Chiwawa-chan” is now set for release January 18, 2019 in Japan.
First script reading for SBS drama series “Empress’s Dignity” (literal title) took place September 6, 2018 at SBS Ilsan Production Center in Tanhyun, South Korea. Main cast members including Jang Na-Ra, Choi Jin-Hyuk,Shin Sung-Rok,Lee Elijah, Shin Eun-Kyung, Park Won-Suk, Yun Da-Hun, Kim Jung-Tae and Yoon So-Yi all attended. The first script reading took about 5 hours to complete.

Jang Dong-Yoon is cast in upcoming KBS2 drama series “Dance Sports Girls” (literal title). The drama series follows 6 high school girls who compete in a dance sports competition. The six girls are played by Park Se-Wan, Lee Joo-Young, Joo Hae-Eun, Shin Do-Hyun, Lee Yoo-Mi and Kim Soo-Hyun. The drama series is based on 2017 documentary “Dance Sports Girls.”
For the drama series, Jang Dong-Yoon will play high school student Kwon Seung-Chan. He likes dance sports, but he pretends to be uninterested in the sport.
“Dance Sports Girls” first airs December, 2018 in South Korea (takes over KBS2’s Monday and Tuesday 10PM time slot after “Matrimonial Chaos.”).

In the teaser trailer, around the 8 second mark a caption in Korean states “Capable person to stop time … Party A” and a caption in Korean appears around the 16 second mark which states “House Owner (Party B) who stays in the stopped time.”

Here’s the first still images of Song Hye-Kyo in upcoming tvN drama series “Encounter” (English title) co-starring Park Bo-Gum. The literal title of the drama series is “Boyfriend” (“Namjachingoo”). In the drama series, Song Hye-Ko plays Cha Soo-Hyun. Due to her politician father, she has never lived her life under her free will. She is a hotel CEO and the ex-daughter-in-law of a chaebol family. She meets an ordinary man played by Park Bo-Gum.
“Encounter” first airs November, 2018 in South Korea (takes over tvN’s Wednesday & Thursday 9:30 PM time slot after “Hundred Million Stars From the Sky“).
Trailer for KBS2 drama special “The Long Farewell” starring Jang Hee-Jin and Lim Ju-Hwan. The drama special is the 6th installment in this year’s KBS Drama Special series. In the drama series, Lim Ju-Hwan plays writer Bae Sang-Hee. He experiences trouble writing and in his relationship with girlfriend Jung Yi-Na (Jang Hee-Jin).
