Main poster for tvN drama series “Stranger 2”

Main poster added for tvN drama series “Stranger 2” starring Cho Seung-Woo & Bae Doo-Na. Caption on the main poster states “The one who wants silence. Trailer & poster for movie “Your Eyes Tell”

Main trailer and poster added for movie “Your Eyes Tell” starring Yuriko Yoshitaka and Ryusei Yokohama. The movie is a remake of 2011 South Korean film “Always” starring So Ji-Sub and Han Hyo-Joo. Meanwhile, the movie’s theme song has been revealed which is “Your Eyes Tell” by popular boy band BTS. Jeon Jung-Kook, the youngest member of BTS, was touched by the film and participating in composing the song as well. “Your Eyes Tell” is also included on their next Japanese album “Map of the Soul: 7 ~The Journey~” which drops July 15, 2020.

Movie “Your Eyes Tell” will be released October 23, 2020 in Japan.

Koji Yakusho cast in movie “Under The Open Sky”

Koji Yakusho is cast in movie “Under The Open Sky.” The film is based on 1990 novel “Mibuncho” by Ryuzo Saki (“Vengeance Is Mine“) and directed by Miwa Nishikawa (“Sway“). The film has also cast Taiga NakanoIsao HashizumeMeiko KajiSeiji RokkakuYukiya KitamuraMasami Nagasawa, and Narumi Yasuda for supporting roles. Koji Yakusho will play main character Masao Mikami for the upcoming movie. He tries to adapt to life after serving a 13 year prison sentence. He becomes involved in a TV program about his life.

“Under The Open Sky” will be released sometime during spring, 2021 in Japan.

Haru & Kyoka Suzuki cast in TV Asahi drama “Women Document Detectives Season 2”

Haru and Kyoka Suzuki are cast in TV Asahi drama series “Women Document Detectives Season 2.” The two women will reprise their detectives roles from 2018 drama series “Women Document Detectives.” Also cast in the drama series for supporting roles are: Ikki SawamuraAsuka KudoTakaya YamauchiJunji Takada and Kenichi Endo. All five of these actors will also reprise their roles from the first season.

“Women Document Detectives Season 2” will first air August 6, 2020 in Japan (takes over TV Asahi’s Thursday 9PM time slot after “BG: Personal Bodyguard Season 2.”).

Ji Jin-Hee & Kim Hyun-Joo cast in JTBC drama “Undercover”

Ji Jin-Hee and Kim Hyun-Joo are cast in JTBC drama series “Undercover.” The drama series is a remake of BBC One television series “Undercover” starring Sophie Okonedo & Adrian Lester. For Ji Jin-Hee and Kim Hyun-Joo, the duo previously starred together in 2015 SBS drama series “I Have a Lover.”

“Undercover” will first air sometime during the first half of 2021 in South Korea.
