Two teaser posters & release date for movie “Seobok”

Two teaser posters and release date added for movie “Seobok” (working title) starring Gong Yoo & Park Bo-Gum. One teaser poster features Gong Yoo as ex-agent Ki Hun and the other poster features Park Bo-Gum as Seo Bok. His character is the first human clone. Captions on Gong Yoo’s poster states “Live Now” and “Last Misson of Life” and Park Bo-Gum’s poster states “Live Forever” and “Immortal Being.” Movie is written and directed by Lee Yong-Joo (“Architecture 101“).

“Seobok” will be released December, 2020 in South Korea.

Movie “Call” to be released via Netflix

Movie “Call,” starring Park Shin-Hye & Jun Jong-Seo, will be released via Netflix on November 27, 2020 worldwide and will skip a theatrical release in South Korea. The film was originally scheduled for release earlier this year, but was postponed due to the Covid-19 outbreak. “Call” revolves around two women from different eras who are able to speak to each through a phone.

Trailer and new poster added for movie “The Day I Died: Unclosed Case” starring Kim Hye-Soo, Lee Jung-Eun, & Roh Jeong-Eui. The film is set in a small town on a island. Kim Hye-Soo plays Detective Kim Hyun-Soo, who is sent there to investigate a missing girl case. On the new poster for the film, captions state “Life began again. And…”

“The Day I Died: Unclosed Case” will be released November 12, 2020 in South Korea.

First teaser trailer for crime-movie “Confession”

First teaser trailer added for crime-thriller film “Confession” (literal title) starring So Ji-Sub, Kim Yunjin, & Nana. Movie is directed by Yoon Jong-Seok (“Marine Boy“). Captions in the teaser trailer states in Korean (0:22) “Case of a murder in a sealed room,” (0:31) “All the evidence points to him,” (0:36) “Rearranged,” (0:40) “Piece of the case.”

Release date has not yet been revealed, except that it is “Coming Soon.” Expect the film to be released sometime before the end of the year in South Korea.

Sol Kyung-Gu & Do Kyung-Soo cast in movie “The Moon”

Sol Kyung-Gu & Do Kyung-Soo are cast in movie “The Moon” (working title). The film will be directed by popular director Kim Yong-Hwa (“Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds“). The story for the film will revolve around someone on Earth trying to save a man in outer space. Sol Kyung-Gu will play the man on Earth and Do Kyung-Soo will play the man trapped in outerspace. Meanwhile, Do Kyung-Soo is currently enlisted in the South Korean military and is scheduled to be discharged on January 25, 2021. Filming for “The Moon” will start sometime after that.

Tang Wei & Park Hae-Il cast in movie “The Decision to Break Up”

Tang Wei, Park Hae-Il, Lee Jung-Hyun, Ko Gyung-Pyo and Park Yong-Woo are all cast in Park Chan-Wook directed film “The Decision to Break Up” (literal title). Tang Wei and Park Hae-Il will play main characters Seo-Rae and Detective Hae-Joon respectively. The film will revolve around the death of a man that took place on a mountain. His wife Seo-Rae becomes a suspect. Cast for supporting roles are Lee Jung Hyun as Jung-An (wife of Detective Hae-Joon), Ko Gyung-Pyo as Soo-Wan (Detective Hae-Joon’s partner), and Park Yong-Woo as Ho-Shin.

Filming for “The Decision to Break Up” will begin October, 2020.
