The film is set in the Apgujeong area of Gangnam, Seoul and revolves around two men who help create a boom for plastic surgery in the area.

Lee Byung-Hun, Park Seo-Joon, and Park Bo-Young are cast in disaster film “Concrete Utopia.” The film is based on webcomic “Yukwaehan Yiwoot” by Kim Soong-Nyoong and directed by Uhm Tae-Hwa (“Vanishing Time: A Boy Who Returned“). The film is set in Seoul after an earthquake annihilates the city. The only place standing is an apartment complex. Lee Byung-Hun, Park Seo-Joon, and Park Bo-Young play residents there.
