Trailer for movie “Samurai Marathon 1855” starring Takeru Satoh, Nana Komatsu, Mirai Moriyama and Shota Sometani. Movie is based on 2014 novel “Bakumatsu Marason Samurai” by Akihiro Dobashi and directed by British film director Bernard Rose. The story has Jinnai Karasawa (Takeru Satoh) running in a marathon to save the domain head from assassins sent by the central Edo government.

Main trailer and poster added for upcoming movie “Until I Meet September’s Love” starring Issey Takahashi and Haruna Kawaguchi. Movie is based on 2007 novel “Kugatsu no Koi to Deau Made” by Yumi Matsuo and directed by Toru Yamamoto (“G’mor evian!“). Meanwhile, the theme song for the movie has been announced which is “Koi” by rock band Androp. The theme song appears in the main trailer. The trailer begins with captions in Japanese that says “Here is the future 1 year later.” Supporting cast members have also been announced for the film which includes Kenta Hamano, Yuko Nakamura, Rina Kawaei, Yutaro Furutachi and Mickey Curtis.
“Until I Meet September’s Love” is now scheduled for release March 1, 2019 in Japan.
Shuhei Nomura is cast in movie “Walking Man.” In the film, Shuhei Nomura will play main character Atomu. The film itself incorporates real life experiences of rapper Anarchy and he also directs the film. The film also marks Anarchy’s first time directing a movie. Filming for “Walking Man” will begin November 20, 2018.
“Walking Man” will be released sometime next year in Japan.
Tomoki Hirose is cast in sequel film “Tantei wa, Konya mo Yuuutsuna Yume wo Miru 2.” Tomoki Hirose will reprise his role of Reiji Benii. In the 2017 film “Tantei wa, Konya mo Yuuutsuna Yume wo Miru,” Reiji Benii worked at a private detective agency that he inherited from his grandfather. “Tantei wa, Konya mo Yuuutsuna Yume wo Miru 2” will have Reiji Benii looking into a case involving a missing sword. Yasutaka Mori directs the sequel film.
“Tantei wa, Konya mo Yuuutsuna Yume wo Miru 2” will be released sometime during summer, 2019 in Japan.
Main trailer and posters added for movie “Snow Flower” starring Hiroomi Tosaka and Ayami Nakajo. Movie is based on the song “Yuki no Hana” by Mika Nakashima. Parts of the film were shot on location in Finland. Meanwhile, above is the main poster for the upcoming film. Below are two promotional visuals for the film. The first visual is a “Summer Finland” version and the second visual is a “Winter Finland” version. The film tells a love story between a man who dreams of becoming a glass craftsman and a woman who is given only 1 year to live due to a liver disease.

The film is based on 2003 novel “Konna Yofuke ni Banana kayo” by Kazufumi Watanabe and directed by Tetsu Maeda. Teaser trailer #2 features the movie’s theme song which is “Flower” by Japanese rock band Porno Graffitti.
“A Banana? At This Time of Night?” will be released December 28, 2018 in Japan.
Teaser trailer and poster added for live-action film “Ibuki 192” starring Hidetoshi Nishijima and Kuranosuke Sasaki. Movie is based on manga “Kuubo Ibuki” by Kaiji Kawaguchi and directed by Setsuro Wakamatsu (“The Unbroken“). Premise for the film is set in the near future in Japan and takes place over a 24 hour period when Japan is attacked by a military force with unknown origins.
“Ibuki 192” will be released sometime next year in Japan.

Movie is based on novel “Parallel World Love Story” by Keigo Higashino and directed by Yoshitaka Mori (“Space Brothers“). Caption on the teaser poster asks in Japanese “Woman I love is indeed my lover? or my friend’s lover?” In addition, newly announced supporting cast members are Michitaka Tsutsui, Mimura, Hiroya Shimizu, Ron Mizuma, Nicole Ishida and Tomorowo Taguchi.

The film is based on manga “Gakko Gurashi!” by Norimitsu Kaiho and illustrated by Sadoru Chiba. Issei Shibata (“The Chasing World“) directs the film. The film follows 4 teenage high school girls as they try to survive a zombie outbreak at their school.
“School-Live!” will be released January, 2019 in Japan.
