Trailer and poster for movie “Aiuta: My Promise To Nakuhito” (English title) starring Ryusei YokohamaKaya Kiyohara and Hiroki Iijima. Movie is based on the pop-rock song “AI Uta” by music group GReeeeN. 2017 film “Kiseki: Sobito of That Day” was also based on a different song by music group GReeeeN. The film follows Toru Nomiya (Ryusei Yokohama) as he meets his old friend Tatsuya Sakamoto (Hiroki Iijima). He begins to change thanks to Tatsuya Sakamoto.

“Aiuta: My Promise To Nakuhito” will be released January 25, 2019 in Japan.

Shotaro Mamiya & Hinako Sakurai cast in live-action film “Korosanai Kare to Shinanai Kanojyo”

Shotaro Mamiya and Hinako Sakurai are cast in live-action film “Korosanai Kare to Shinanai Kanojyo.” The film is based on manga “Korosanai Kare to Shinanai Kanojyo” by Seikimatsu and directed by Keiichi Kobayashi (“The Time of Backlights“). In the film, Shotaro Mamiya plays high school student Rei Kosaka. He takes an interest in a girl played by Hinako Sakurai whom he sees burying a dead bee.

Filming for “Korosanai Kare to Shinanai Kanojyo” began October, 2018 and will finish December, 2018. “Korosanai Kare to Shinanai Kanojyo” will be released sometime during autumn, 2019 in Japan.

Teaser trailer and teaser posters for live-action film “Back Street Girls: Gokudoruzu.” The film is based on manga series “Back Street Girls” by Jasmine Gyuh and directed by Keinosuke Hara. Cast in lead roles are (men) Jin Shirasu, Reiya Masaki, Masato Hanazawa, (women) Natsumi Okamoto, Ruka Matsuda and Akane Sakanoue. The film has the wacky premise of three young yakuza members who are forced by their yakuza boss to undergo sex change operations. This is so the men can then become a female idol group and make money for their boss.

“Back Street Girls: Gokudoruzu” will be released February 8, 2019 in Japan.

Story for “Touken Ranbu: The Movie” follows 8 warriors who were transformed from 8 great swords. They go back in time to kill Nobunaga Oda who did not die as he should have according to history. Movie is directed by Saiji Yakumo. The film is based on collectible card video game “Touken Ranbu.”

Character visuals for live-action film “Tonde Saitama”

Here’s character visuals (posters) of upcoming live-action film “Tonde Saitama” starring  Fumi Nikaido and Gackt. The character visuals are of Fumi Nikaido, Gackt, Yusuke Iseya and Masaki Kyomoto. Movie “Tonde Saitama” is based on manga “Tonde Saitama” by Mineo Maya and directed by Hideki Takeuchi.

The film has actress Fumi Nikaido playing male high school student Momomi Hakuhodo. He is the son of the Tokyo governor. Gakt plays mysterious male high school transfer student  Rei Asami. Yusuke Iseya plays Sho Akutsu. He is the leader of the Chiba Liberation Front. Lastly, Masaki Kyomoto plays Duke Saitama. He is a legendary figure of Saitama Prefecture.

“Tonde Saitama” will be released February 22, 2019 in Japan.

Alan Shirahama and Yuna Taira cast in live-action film “10 Manbun no 1”

Alan Shirahama (“GENERATIONS” and “EXILE”) and Yuna Taira are cast for the lead roles in live-action film “10 Manbun no 1.” The live-action film is based on manga series “10 Manbun no 1” by Kaho Miyasaka and directed by Koichiro Miki. In the film, Alan Shirahama and Yuna Taira will play high school students who are in love with each other, but have been friends only. After the boy asks the girl to go out with him, things change.

“10 Manbun no 1” will be released sometime next year in Japan.
