Ryusei Yokohama cast in ABEMA-Netflix drama “Nevertheless: The Shapes of Love.”

Ryusei Yokohama is cast in ABEMA-Netflix drama series “Nevertheless: The Shapes of Love.” The drama series is based on South Korean webcomic “Algoitjiman” by Jung Seo, which was previously adapted into 2021 JTBC drama series “Nevertheless” starring Han So-Hee and Song Kang. In addition, the first teaser trailer has been added at AsianWiki.

“Nevertheless: The Shapes of Love” will consist of 8 episodes and the first 3 episodes will be available to stream on December 9, 2024.

First teaser trailer added for movie “About Family” starring Kim Yun-Seok and Lee Seung-Gi. The movie is written and directed by Yang Woo-Seok (“The Attorney“). In “About Family,” Kim Yun-Seok plays Ham Mu-Ok. He has operated a popular dumpling restaurant for 38 years and has made a fortune. His son, played by Lee Seung-Gi, has chosen to become a monk, which bothers his father, because he won’t have any grandchildren. Two children then show up at his restaurant and make a surprising announcement.

“About Family” will be released December 11, 2024 in South Korea.

First teaser trailer added for MBC drama series “Kind Ms. Sun-Joo” (literal title) starring Shim Yi-Young, Song Chang-Eui, Choi Jung-Yoon, & Jung Young-Sub. The weekday evening drama series revolves around two couples who divorce, due to an affair between a person from each couple. Yu Hae-Jin & Park Ji-Hoon cast in movie “Man Who Lives with the King”

Yu Hae-Jin and Park Ji-Hoon are cast for lead roles in movie “Man Who Lives with the King” (literal title). Also cast for the movie are Yoo Ji-Tae, Jeon Mi-Do, Kim Min, Lee Joon-Hyuk (cameo), and Park Ji-Hwan (cameo). The film will be directed by  Jang Hang-Jun (“Rebound“). Story for the “Man Who Lives with the King” will be set within in mountain valley village, where the exiled king (Park Ji-Hoon) will stay.

Filming for “Man Who Lives with the King” will begin in the first half of 2025.

Teaser trailer 2 added for SBS drama series “The Fiery Priest 2” starring Kim Nam-Gil and Lee Ha-Nee. The drama series is a sequel to 2019 SBS drama series “The Fiery Priest.” Appropriately enough, SBS also decided that “The Fiery Priest 2” will air on SBS’ Friday and Saturday 10PM time slot after “The Judge from Hell” finishes. First teaser trailer added for JTBC drama series “The Tale of Lady Ok” starring Lim Ji-Yeon and Choo Yeong-Woo. The teaser trailer features Lim Ji-Yeon as Ok Tae-Young. She narrates in the trailer (0:18) “My dream is to die old. I want to die gracefully, not by starving or being beaten” and (0:30) “I am the runaway slave, fake Ok Tae-Young.” In “The Tale of Lady Ok ,” that is set during the Joseon period, Ok Tae-Young lives under a fake identity. She is really Gu-Deok and a runaway slave.
