Yoo Ji-Tae, Lee Bo-Young, Jin Young, & Jeon So-Nee cast in tvN drama series “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life”

Yoo Ji-Tae, Lee Bo-Young, Jin Young, and Jeon So-Nee are all cast in tvN drama series “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life” (literal title). Yoo Ji-Tae and Lee Bo-Young will play the two lead characters, who knew each other in their 20’s and then meet again in their 40’s. Jin Young and Jeon So-Nee will play the lead characters in their 20’s. The drama series will be directed by Son Jung-Hyun (“Should We Kiss First“).

“The Most Beautiful Moment in Life” will first air April, 2020 in South Korea (takes over tvN’s Saturday and Sunday 9PM time slot after “Hi Bye Mama.”).

First teaser trailer for SBS drama series “Alice”

First teaser trailer added for upcoming SBS drama series “Alice” starring Joo Won and Kim Hee-Seon. This is Joo Won’s first acting role since being discharged from the South Korean military on February 5, 2019. Captions in the teaser trailer appears around the 5 second mark with “Mother, who is the one and only mother in the world, died.” Captions around the 23 second mark states “Reunion of two people who transcends time and space.” Around the 25 second mark, Joo Won’s voice appears and he states “She told me that she is a time traveler mother.” At the 27 second mark, Kim Hee-Seon’s voice appears and she states “This is my fate which I made by choice.” She then states “Because you are my son.”

“Alice” will air sometime during the first half of this year in South Korea.

Character teaser trailer added for OCN drama series “Tell Me What You Saw” starring Jang Hyuk & Sooyoung. The character trailer shows the two leads for the first portraying their respective characters. Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: Due to a sudden accident, Sang-Won’s (Ha Jung-Woo) wife dies. Sang-Won has a daughter Yi-Na (Heo Yool), but his relationship with Yi-Na becomes awkward. To recover his relationship with Yi-Na, they move to a new house. Sang-Won tries to get close to Yi-Na, but it’s not easy. One day, Yi-Na tells him that she has a new friend. Since that time, she begins to laugh. But, Sang-Won hears strange sounds rom Yi-Na’s closet and he notices unusual signs from Yi-Na. Sang-Won then begins to have strange dreams.

Yi-Na then disappears. Sang-Won looks for his daughter, when mysterious man Kyung-Hoon (Kim Nam-Gil) comes to him. He tells Sang-Won that he knows where Yi-Na is and points to her closet.

Lily Franky, Takumi Saito, Sairi Itoh are cast in Fuji TV drama series “Pension: Love Is Pink.” The short 5 episode drama series will be directed by Yasuhiko Shimizu & Ryoma Ouchida and scripted by Yasuhiko Shimizu.

Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: Shiro (Lily Franky) runs the pension “Love Is Pink” (“Koi wa Momoiro”) with his daughter Haru (Sairi Itoh). The pension is located on the outskirts of Tokyo. Haru has a problem with her leg, but she works hard and tries to get more guests. This is unlike her father Shiro, who isn’t interested in attracting more guests. Yoshio (Takumi Saito) is young man who begins to work part-time and lives at “Love Is Pink.”

“Pension: Love Is Pink” first airs January 16, 2020 in Japan.
