Trailer for movie “Kizoku Korin: Prince of Legend”

Trailer added for movie “Kizoku Korin: Prince of Legend” starring Alan Shirahama & Ryota Katayose. Movie is a sequel to 2018 NTV drama series “Prince of Legend” and 2019 movie “Prince of Legend.” The movie’s theme song has also been revealed, which is “Possible” by co-lead actor Ryota Katayose (‘Generations from Exile Tribe’). The theme song appears in the trailer.

Plot synopsis from AsianWiki: Shintaro Ando (Alan Shirahama) has become Noble Dori after various confrontations. Now, the noble group, who are led by Shintaro Ando, has battles over the title of Legend (“Densetsu”) against the prince group, who are led by Kanade Suzaku (Ryota Katayose).

“Kizoku Korin: Prince of Legend” will be released March 13, 2020 in Japan.

First teaser trailer for tvN drama series “Wise Doctor Life”

Early teaser trailer for tvN drama series “Wise Doctor Life” ( literal title) starring Cho Jung-Seok, Kim Dae-Myung, Jung Kyoung-Ho, Yoo Yeon-Seok, and Jeon Mi-Do. The first teaser trailer doesn’t show any footage from the upcoming drama series, but rather footage from director Shin Won-Ho and screenwriter Lee Woo-Jung‘s previous collaborations on drama series “Reply 1997,” “Reply 1994,” and “Reply 1988.” The teaser trailer provides a backdrop on how “Wise Doctor Life” came into existence. Footage of hospital scenes from the Reply series plays in the teaser trailer. Captions in the teaser trailer starts around the 18 second mark and states in Korean “If you are inclined, why don’t you make a medical drama?” Around the 20 second mark, caption states “So we decided to make it.” Around the 22 second mark, Cho Jung-Seok’s voice appears and he states “..a bit of special everyday life of ordinary people like us.”

The teaser trailer also reveals that the drama series will first air February, 2020 in South Korea.

Teaser #3 & two teaser posters for JTBC drama series “Itaewon Class” starring Park Seo-Joon & Kim Da-Mi. The teaser trailer introduces 6 characters who start Itaewon Class Restaurant together. The 6 characters are ex-gangster Choi Seung-Kwon (Ryoo Kyung-Soo), Tony Kim (Chris Lyon) from Guinea, unknown background Ma Hyun-Yi (Lee Joo-Young), son of rich conglomerate family Jang Geun-Soo (Kim Dong-Hee), genius sociopath Jo Yi-Seo (Kim Da-Mi), and ex-convict with middle school education Park Sae-Ro-Yi (Park Seo-Joon).

“Itaewon Class” first airs January 31, 2020 in South Korea.

Teaser trailer and teaser poster added for movie “Tapestry” starring Masaki Suda & Nana Komatsu. Movie is inspired by song “Ito” by Miyuki Nakajima and directed by Takahisa Zeze.

Plot synopsis by AsianWiki: Ren Takahashi (Masaki Suda) and Aoi Sonoda (Nana Komatsu) were both born in 1989. They met for the first time at the age of 13 and became each other’s first love, but they separated. At the age of 21, they met again. They were unable to undo their past. Now, they are 31-years-old.

“Tapestry” will be released April 24, 2020 in japan.

IU cast in movie “Dream”

IU is cast in movie “Dream” (working title) co-starring Park Seo-Joon. The film is directed by Lee Byeong-Hun (“Be Melodramatic“/”Extreme Job“). For the film, IU wil play PD Lee So-Min from a broadcasting station. She works on a documentary about a special national soccer team coached by Yoon Hong-Dae (Park Seo-Joon). The players on the soccer team consists of homeless people.

“Dream” will be released sometime later this year in South Korea.

Two character posters for tvN drama series “Hi Bye Mama”

Here’s the first two character posters for upcoming tvN drama series “Hi Bye Mama” starring Kim Tae-Hee & Lee Kyu-Hyung. The character posters are of Kim Tae-Hee as Cha Yoo-Ri and Lee Kyu-Hyung as Jo Kang-Hwa. Caption on Kim Tae-Hee’s character poster states in Korean “I will watch a little longer and then go … a little longer…” The caption on Lee Kyu-Hyung’s poster states “I am hjappy. Very, very, happy.” The drama series follows a mother who suddenly reappears 5 years after her death.

“Hi Bye Mama” first airs February, 2020 in South Korea (takes over tvN’s Saturday and Sunday 9 PM time slot after “Crash Landing on You“).
