Lee Bo-Young and Kim Seo-Hyung are cast in tvN drama series “Mine.” They will play two women who are married to the same chaebol (family owned conglomeration) family. The theme of the drama series is for the women to find their true selves. Lee Bo-Young will play former actress now housewife Seo Hee-Soo. Kim Seo-Hyun will play Jung Seo-Hyun. She herself came from a chaebol family.
“Mine” will first air sometime in the first half of this year in South Korea.

Song Hye-Kyo is cast for the lead female role in a new as of yet untitled drama series that is scripted by Kim Eun-Sook. The duo previously worked together in 2016 KBS2 drama series “Descendants of the Sun.” The new as of yet untitled drama series will be directed by Ahn Gil-Ho (“Stranger“/”Record of Youth“). Other castings, plot description, broadcast stations, and airing date will be announced at a later date.
Filming for the drama series will take place in the second half of this year in South Korea.
Kim Soo-Hyun and Cha Seung-Won are cast in drama series “That Night” (literal title). The drama series is a remake of BBC One television series “Criminal Justice” that aired from 2008 to 2009 in the UK. For the drama series Kim Soo-Hyun will play Kim Hyun-Soo. He falsely accused of murder. Cha Seung-Won will play attorney Shin Joong-Han. He is the only one to help Kim Hyun-Soo.
Filming for “That Night” will begin sometime during the first half of this year and will air in the second half of this year. Broadcasting network for the drama series has not yet been decided.

First script reading for tvN drama series “Vincenzo,” starring Song Joong-Ki, Jeon Yeo-Bin, & TaecYeon, took place August 9, 2020 in Sangam, Seoul, South Korea. The first script reading was attended by main cast members including Song Joong-Ki, Jeon Yeo-Bin, TaecYeon, Yoo Jae-Myung, Kim Yeo-Jin, Kwak Dong-Yeon, Jo Han-Chul, Choi Duk-Moon, Kim Hyung-Mook, Yang Kyung-Won, Kim Yoon-Hye, and Lim Chul-Soo. The drama series features Song Joon-Ki playing veteran attorney Vincenzo. He flees the mafia in Italy and returns to South Korea. In Korea, he teams up with tenacious attorney Hong Cha-Young played by Jeon Yeo-Bin.
“Vincenzo” is now set to air from February, 2021 in South Korea (takes over tvN’s Saturday & Sunday 9PM time slot after “Mr. Queen“).

Teaser trailer and two teaser posters added for movie “Jigoku no Hanazono” starring Mei Nagano. The film is directed by Kazuaki Seki and scripted by Bakarhythm. Setup for the film is something like Crows Zero, but set at an office workplace and the combatants are OL workers at the office.

Here’s the first still images from MBN drama series “Bossam: Steal the Fate” (literal title) starring Jung Il-Woo & Kwon Yuri. “Bossam” in the title refers to a customary remarriage procedure that took place during the Joseon period. Widows could not remarry, so single men or widowers sometimes hired someone to kidnap the widow for marriage. This was known as bossam. Jung Il-Woo will play Ba-Woo. He mistakenly kidnaps a princess played by Kwon Yuri.
