Teaser poster and ep.1 air date set for JTBC drama series “Snowdrop” starring Jung Hae-In & Blackpink’s Kim Ji-Soo. The teaser poster reveals that “Snowdrop” will premiere December 18, 2021, taking over JTBC’s Saturday and Sunday 10:30 PM time slot after “Inspector Koo.” The drama series will also stream on the Disney+ platform. Caption on the teaser poster states “Shouldn’t get caught, neither love nor destiny.”

KBS2 drama “When Flowers Bloom, I Think of the Moon” first air date

KBS2 drama series “When Flowers Bloom, I Think of the Moon” (literal title), starring Yoo Seung-Ho & Hyeri, to premiere December 20, 2021 in South Korea. The drama series will take over KBS2’s Monday & Tuesday 9:30 PM time slot after the conclusion of “The King’s Affection.” Meanwhile, photos above and below are from the first script reading for the drama series, which took place shortly before filming began in early May, 2021. The first script reading included director Hwang In-Hyuk, screenwriter Kim Joo-Hee, and cast members Yoo Seung-Ho, Hyeri, Byeon Woo-Seok, Kang Mi-Na, Choi Won-Young,Jang Gwang, Lim Won-Hee, Bae Yoo-Ram, & Seo Ye-Hwa. The drama series takes place in late 19th century Joseon, when a strict policy of alcohol prohibition exists. A romance takes place between prohibition officer Nam Young (Yoo Seung-Ho) and Kang Ro-Seo (Hyeri), who brews alcohol.

Woo Do-Hwan cast in Netflix drama “Hunting Dogs”

Woo Do-Hwan, Lee Sang-Yi, Kim Sae-Ron, Park Sung-Woong, & Heo Jun-Ho are cast in Netflix drama series “Hunting Dogs” (literal title). The drama series is based on webcomic “Sanyanggaedeul” by Jung Chan. The screenplay will follow a group of people who work for a money lender. Woo Do-Hwan will play Kim Gun-Woo. He quits boxing and begins to work for a moneylender played by Heo Jun-Ho. Lee Sang-Yi and Kim Sae-Ron will play employees who work for the same the moneylender.

Currenly, Woo Do-Hwan is serving his mandatory enlistment in the South Korean military and he is scheduled to be discharged on January 5, 2022. “Hunting Dogs” will be his first acting role after he is discharged.

Ro Woon is cast in MBC drama series “Tomorrow” (literal title) co-starring Kim Hee-Seon. The drama series is based on webcomic “Naeil” by Ra Ma. For the drama series, Ro Woon will play Choi Joon-Woong. He struggles to find a decent job. One day, a mistake by a crisis management team of death angels causes Choi Joon-Woong to fall into a coma. He soon becomes a member of the crisis management team.

“Tomorrow” will first air sometime in the first half of next year in South Korea.

Kim Ok-Vin and Yoo Teo are cast in Netflix drama series “Love Battle” (literal title). The drama series is a romantic-comedy, with Kim Ok-Vin playing entertainment attorney Yeo Mi-Ran and Yoo Tae playing top actor Nam Gang-Ho. They fall in love, but experience a battle like relationship. Drama series will be directed by Kim Jeong-Kwon (“Ditto“) and scripted by Choi Soo-Young (“ID: Gangnam Beauty“).

“Love Battle” will be available to stream on Netflix, but a release date has not yet been set.
