First teaser trailer for tvN drama “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2”

First teaser trailer added for tvN drama series “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2” starring Kim Min-Jae, Kim Hyang-Gi, & Kim Sang-Kyung. The drama series is a sequel to “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist,” which aired from August 1st to September 6th, 2022. In the first teaser trailer for season 2, Kim Min-Jae states around the 8 second mark “I look into the mind first.”

The first teaser trailer also reveals that ep.1 of “Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist 2” will air January 11, 2023 in South Korea.

Teaser trailer & poster for movie “Tokyo Revengers 2 Part 1”

Teaser trailer and poster added for live-action film “Tokyo Revengers 2 Part 1” starring Takumi Kitamura, Yuki Yamada, and Yosuke Sugino. The film is based on manga series “Tokyo Revengers” by Ken Wakui (“Shinjuku Swan“) and follows 2021 movie “Tokyo Revengers.” The sequel film will be released in two parts, with Part I set for release during golden week (late April to early May, 2023) and Part II scheduled for release during summer, 2023.

Poster and new release date set for Netflix drama “The Fabulous”

New special poster and December 23, 2022 release date set for Netflix drama series “The Fabulous” starring Minho & Chae Soo-Bin. The drama series, set within the fashion industry, was originally scheduled to have its release on November 4, 2022, but its release was delayed in consideration of the one week national mourning period after the Itaewon tragedy on October 29, 2022. Caption on the special poster states “Blazingly sparkling millennial life.”

Suzu Hirose and Ren Nagase cast in TBS drama “Yugure ni, Te wo Tsunagu”

Suzu Hirose and Ren Nagase (King & Prince) are cast in TBS drama series “Yugure ni, Te wo Tsunagu.” The romance themed drama series is scripted by Eriko Kitagawa (“Hundred Million Stars From the Sky“) and Ko Kanai (“The Confidence Man JP“). The two lead performers will play a pair of 23-year-old adults who fall in love while living in the same boarding house.

“Yugure ni, Te wo Tsunagu” first airs January, 2023 in Japan.

Minhyun cast in drama “Useless Lies”

Minhyun is cast in drama series “Useless Lies” (literal title) co-starring Kim So-Hyun. In “Useless Lies” Minhyun will play Kim Do-Ha. He is the most popular song composer and producer in the country, but he keeps his identity a secret. This is because he was once framed for murder. He falls in love with his neighbor Mok Sol-Hee (Kim So-Hyun).

“Useless Lies” will first air sometime next year in South Korea.

Second teaser trailer added for TVING drama series “Island” starring Kim Nam-Gil, Lee Da-Hee, & Cha Eun-Woo. The teaser trailer begins with Kim Nam-Gil stating “The evil, that has been parasitic on this island since the beginning of time, is everywhere and we dont know where it will appear.” The drama series is based on webcomic “Island” by Yoon In-Wan.

“Island” is now scheduled for release December 30, 2022 in South Korea via TVING.

Teaser trailer #2 added for MBC drama series “The Forbidden Marriage” starring Park Ju-Hyun, Kim Young-Dae, & Kim Woo-Seok. The period romantic-comedy has Park Ju-Hyun play swindler Ye So-Rang. To save herself, she pretends to be possessed by the King’s late wife. The teaser trailer begins with the voice of Park Ju-Hyun stating “The king is a crazy man. Kazuya Kamenashi, Nao, Hiromitsu Kitayama, and Aya Omasa are cast in NHK drama series “Justice in a Balance Season 2.” They will all reprise their roles as lawyers from 2021 NHK drama series “Justice in a Balance,” which is based on 2020 on novel “Seigi no Tenbin” by Takeaki Daimon.
