Teaser trailer #2 and poster added for JTBC drama series “Agency” starring Lee Bo-Young. The teaser trailer begins with Lee Bo-Young stating “Do you know when people become the most gentle?” and a few seconds later someone responds “Well, when people lose.” Around the 16 second mark Lee Bo-Young states “But there are people in the world, who become the most vicious when they lose. These kinds of people make history and I’m going to make it, the history.”

“Agency” first airs January 7, 2023 in South Korea (takes over JTBC’s Saturday and Sunday 10:30 PM time slot after “Reborn Rich“).

Poster & trailer for movie “Shylock’s Children”

Poster and trailer added for movie “Shylock’s Children” starring Sadao Abe and Aya Ueto. The movie is based on 2006 novel “Shylock no Kodomotachi” by Jun Ikeido (“Naoki Hanzawa“). The film is also directed by Katsuhide Motoki, who previously directed 2018 movie “Recall” which is also based on a novel by Jun Ikeido. In addition, the movie’s theme song has been revealed as “Yes. I. Do” by rock band Elephant Kashimashi. The theme song plays during the main trailer as well.

“Shylock’s Children” will e released February 17, 2023 in Japan.

Ep.1 air date set for SBS drama “Law Money”

Ep.1 air date set for SBS drama series “Law Money” (literal title) starring Lee Sun-Kyun & Moon Chae-Won. The drama series is now scheduled to premiere  January 6, 2023 in SBS’ Friday & Saturday 10PM time slot after the conclusion of “The First Responders.” Meanwhile, above and below are photos from the first script reading which took place a few months ago. The drama series is directed by Lee Won-Tae (“The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil“) and scripted by Kim Won-Suk (“Man to Man“).

Teaser trailer 3 for JTBC drama “The Interest of Love”

Teaser trailer #3 added for JTBC drama series “The Interest of Love” starring Yoo Yeon-Seok and Mun Ka-Young. Narration on the teaser trailer goes (0:01) Mun Ka-Young “I forget my situation when I’m with Section Chief Ha,” (0:05) Yoo Yeon-Seok “I’m nervous. I’m uncomfortable in these kinds of situations and this kind of feeling. But all this doesn’t matter,” (0:13) Mun Ka-Young “Can we meet now?,” (0:28) Yoo Yeon-Seok “I can’t do this anymore. Accidentally, I gave my heart to the wrong person.” Above and below are still images of Yoo Yeon-Seok as Ha Sang-Soo and Mun Ka-Young as An Soo-Young in the drama series. Both characters work at a bank, hence the double entendre with the English title of “The Interest of Love.”

Teaser poster and ep.1 air date set for NTV drama series “Captured Hospital” starring Sho Sakurai and Manami Higa. The drama series has Sho Sakurai playing Detective Saburo Musashi. Manami Higa plays his estranged wife Yuko Musashi. She works at a hospital, where masked men take everybody as hostages.

“Captured Hospital” is now set to first air January 14, 2023 in Japan (takes over NTV’s Saturday 10PM time slot after “Patient Chart Prayer“).

Teaser trailer 3 for tvN drama “Missing: The Other Side 2”

Teaser trailer #3 added for tvN drama series “Missing: The Other Side 2” starring Ko Soo & Heo Jun-Ho. The drama series is a sequel to 2020 OCN drama series “Missing: The Other Side ,” that certainly hinted at a sequel with its final scene. The third teaser trailer begins with Heo Jun-Ho stating “I can’t live forever like this with not making any money” and followed by Ko Soo stating (0:03) “You”ll see. From now on I will take care of myself first.” Choi Myung-Bin as new character Moon Bo-Ra then states (0:05) “My mom has disappeared.”

“Missing: The Other Side 2” first airs December 19, 2022 (takes over tvN’s Monday & Tuesday 10:30 PM time slot after “Behind Every Star“).

Trailer and poster for movie “Call Me Chihiro”

Trailer and poster added for movie “Call Me Chihiro” starring Kasumi Arimura. The movie is based on manga series “Chihirosan” by Hiroyuki Yasuda and directed by Rikiya Imaizumi (“Just Only Love“). The film follows Kasumi Arimura who plays Chihiro. She works at a bento restaurant in a small seaside town. Before that, she worked as a prostitute. As she talks with her customers, they both are able to find comfort from their problems. Meanwhile, the movie’s theme song has been announced as “Ai no Taiyou” by Shigeru Kishida. Shigeru Kishida is a member of rock band Quruli, who wrote the soundtrack for movie “Josee, the Tiger and the Fish.” The theme song “Ai no Taiyou” plays during the main trailer.

“Call Me Chihiro” will be released February 23, 2023 in Japan and also via Netflix worldwide.
