Gaku Hamada, Anna Ishii, and Nobuyuki Suzuki are cast in TV Tokyo drama “Keiji, Furidashi ni Modoru”

Gaku Hamada, Anna Ishii, and Nobuyuki Suzuki are cast in TV Tokyo drama series “Keiji, Furidashi ni Modoru.” Drama series is based on webcomic “Hatsukoi Reverse: Keiji, Furidashi ni Modoru” by MANGAmuse, which will be available from March 27, 2026 through Mecha Comic. The screenplay adapation by Yasuhiro Yoshida (“Cold Case“) will have Gaku Hamada play lead character Makoto Hyakutake. He is a detective and he somehow travels 10 years back in time. He then tries to change the destiny of his girlfriend who died.

“Keiji, Furidashi ni Modoru” will first air April 17, 2026 in Japan (takes over TV Tokyo’s Friday 9 PM time slot after “Moto Kasouken no Onna“).

Teaser trailer and poster added for Netflix drama series “Bloodhounds 2” starring Woo Do-Hwan, Lee Sang-Yi, and Rain. Drama series is a sequel to 2023 Netflix drama series “Bloodhounds” and based on webcomic “Sanyanggaedeul” by Jung Chan. In season 2 of “Bloodhounds,” Kim Gun-Woo (Woo Do-Hwan ) and Hong Woo-Jin (Lee Sang-Yi) face a global illegal boxing league which is dominated by money and violence.

Keita Machida and Honoka Matsumoto cast in NTV drama “Tatsuki Sensei wa Ama Sugiru”

Keita Machida and Honoka Matsumoto are cast in NTV drama series “Tatsuki Sensei wa Ama Sugiru.” Drama series is scripted by Koji Tokuo and directed by Yuma Suzuki. Koji Tokuo and Yuma Suzuki previously worked together for 2021 NTV drama series “Love Deeply.” Story for “Tatsuki Sensei wa Ama Sugiru” is set at a free school, which is an alternative school for children who have dropped out of a traditional school. The aim of the free school is to allow children to learn at their own pace and also provide an environment where they are not isolated from society. Keita Machida and Honoka Matsumoto will play teachers at the free school.

“Tatsuki Sensei wa Ama Sugiru” will first air April 11, 2026 in Japan (takes over NTV’s Saturday 9 PM time slot after “We Are Worse at Love than Pandas“).

Seishiro Kato is cast in NTV-YTV drama series “Kimi ga Shikei ni Naru Mae ni.” The suspense drama series that involves time travel features an original screenplay by Hayashi Mori (“Classmate no Joshi, Zenin Sukideshita“) and Yuki Takeda (“Mother Game“). Lee Jong-Suk cast in drama “Yi-Seob’s Romance” & Lee Jun-Hyuk cast related in drama “Casual Lie”

Lee Jong-Suk is cast to star in drama series “Yi-Seob’s Romance” (literal title) and Lee Jun-Hyuk is cast to star in drama series “Casual Lie” (literal title). The two drama series are based on related Kim Eon-Hee web novels “Yiseobui Yeonae” (“Yi-Seob’s Romance”) and “Taeyeonhan Geojitmal” (“Casual Lies”). Both male leads will play cousins who work at the same conglomerate TK Group and compete against each other, with each drama series centered around one of cousins. Both characters will experience a romantic relationship with a co-worker at the company.

The two drama series are aiming to begin production this year, but network and air date has not yet been decided.
