First teaser trailer and teaser posters added for Waave drama series “The Deal” starring Yoo Seung-Ho, Kim Dong-Hwi, & Yoo Su-Bin. The drama series that revolves around an impulsive kidnapping was recently invited to screen at the 28th Busan International Film Festival in the On Screen section. Teaser trailer added for Netflix movie “Ballerina” starring Jun Jong-Seo, Kim Ji-Hoon, & Park Yoo-Rim. Trailer added for TVING drama series “A Bloody Lucky Day” starring Lee Sung-Min, Yoo Yeon-Seok, & Lee Jung-Eun. The drama series features a thriller script that is based on webcomic “Woonsoo Ojin Nal” by Aporia. The trailer begins with Taxi Driver Oh Taek (Lee Sung-Min) having a dream about a pig. The pig in his dream symbolizes that good fortune is about to happen to him. He then gets a taxi passenger, Geum Hyeok-Soo (Yoo Yeon-Seok), who offers to pay him a lot of money to drive him a long distance. Caption in the trailer at the 28 second mark and on the poster states “I put a murderer in my taxi.”

Mayu Hotta & Riku Hagiwara are cast in TV Asahi drama series “Tatoe Anata wo Wasuretemo.” The romance drama series is scripted by Taeko Asano (“Tsuki no Koibito ~Moon Lovers~“) and directed by Kentaro Otani & Akihiko Takaishi. The drama series will follow the relationship of piano instructor Miri Kono (Mayu Hotta) and food truck operator Sora Aoki (Riku Hagiwara). Sora Aoki also has a type of dissociative amnesia that makes it difficult for him to remember things.

“Tatoe Anata wo Wasuretemo” will first air October 22, 2023 in Japan.

Jang Na-Ra & Son Ho-Jun cast in TV Chosun drama “My Happy End”

Jang Na-Ra and Son Ho-Jun are cast for lead roles in new TV Chosun drama series “My Happy End” (literal title). Also cast for second leads are So E-Hyun and Lee Ki-Taek. The drama series features an original screenplay that falls in the human psychological thriller genre. For “My Happy End,” Jang Na-Ra will play Seo Jae-Won. She seems to have everything career wise and in personal life, but everything changes for her. Son Ho-Jun will play Heo Soon-Young, who is married to Seo Jae-Won.

“My Happy End” will air sometime later this year in South Korea.

Daiki Shigeoka & Yuko Araki cast in TV Asahi drama “Tanshin Hanabi”

Daiki Shigeoka & Yuko Araki are cast in TV Asahi live-action drama series “Tanshin Hanabi.” The drama series is based on manga series “Tanshin Hanabi: Sakuragi Shun no Tanshin Funin Kagoshima” by Takashi Iwashige. In “Tanshin Hanabi,”  Daiki Shigeoka & Yuko Araki will play Shun Sakuragi & Hana Takeda respectively. They are first loves from their junior high school days and meet again as adults. Both are married.

“Tanshin Hanabi” will first air October 14, 2023 in Japan.

Lee Soo-Hyuk, Lee Da-Hee, & Arin cast in drama “S Line”

Lee Soo-Hyuk, Lee Da-Hee, & Arin are cast in new drama series “S Line.” The drama series is based on webcomic “S Line” by Ggomabi. The scenario for “S Line,” revolves around mysterious red lines that suddenly appear over people’s heads. The red lines, called “S Line” by people, connect people who have had sexual relations with each other. This of course, causes problems for a lot of people. Lee Soo-Hyuk will play Detective Han Ji-Wook who looks into the S Line.

“S Line” will be released sometime next year.
