Poster and launching trailer added for thriller film “Target” starring Shin Hye-Sun. Movie is directed by Park Hee-Kon (“Feng Shui“). Caption on the teaser poster states “Today I made a secondhand deal with a murderer.” In the movie “Target,” Shin Hye-Sun plays a woman named Soo-Hyun. Her troubles begin when she buys a used washing machine on a website, but finds that the machine is broken when it is delivered.

Airu Kubozuka & Aju Makita are cast in teen romance film “Happiness.” The movie is based on 2006 novel “Happiness” by Novala Takemoto and directed by Tetsuo Shinohara (“At River’s Edge“). The film will have Airu Kubozuka & Aju Makita play high school students who are in a romantic relationship. The girl finds out that she has only a limited time left to live due to an illness.
“Happiness” will be released sometime next year in Japan.

Haruka Kinami is cast in NTV live-action drama series “Sexy Tanaka-san.” The drama series is based on manga series “Sexy Tanaka San” by Hinako Ashihar. The drama series is the first starring role for Haruka Kinami in a golden prime time drama series. In “Sexy Tanaka-san,” Haruka Kinami will play Kyoko Tanaka. By day, she is an ordinary office worker and by evening she performs as a sexy belly dancer.

In “18-sai, Niizuma, Furin Shimasu,” Ryusei Fujii will play Ko Fujimiya. He is a trusted employee of a wealthy conglomerate family. Following the wishes of the daughter from the conglomerate family, he enters into a fake marriage with her.

Alice Hirose and Shunsuke Michieda are cast in TBS drama series “My Second Aoharu.” The drama series features an original screenplay by Ayako Kitagawa (“The Fate, I Will Deliver: True Story of Mercari“). For “My Second Aoharu,” Alice Hirose will play 30 year old Sayako Shiratama. In her past she repeatedly failed her university entrance exam and finally gave up on her dream of becoming an architect. She meets university student Taku Ogasawara (Shunsuke Michieda) who inspires her to try again.

The drama series is also the first starring role for Eiko Koike in a prime time series. For “Kotatsu ga Nai Ie,” Eiko Koike will play successful wedding planner Marie Fukabori.
