SBS has announced that drama series “Return” has been extended from 32 to 34 episodes to allow for a more compelling conclusion. The drama series most famously had to replace lead actress Ko Hyun-Jung with Park Jin-Hee around the midway point, but has still managed to gain high ratings. “Return” was originally end on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 with episodes 31 and 32, but will now end on Thursday, March 22, 2018 with episodes 33 and 34.
Here’s the first still images of Jang Dong-Gun and Park Hyung-Sik in upcoming KBS2 drama series “Suits.” The still images are from their first day of filming for the drama series, which took place March 3, 2018. In the drama series, Jang Dong-Gun plays Choi Kang-Seok. His character is a legendary lawyer at a top law firm in South Korea. Park Hyung-Sik plays Go Yeon-Woo. He is a rookie lawyer with excellent memory. “Suits” is a remake of U.S. television series “Suits.”

Teaser trailer added for upcoming OCN drama series “Mistress” starring Han Ga-In. In the drama series, Han Ga-In plays Jan Se-Yeon. After her husband died in accident, she has lived with her daughter. She begins to receive phone calls and mysterious things take place around her. The drama series will revolve around 4 women including Jan Se-Yeon (Han Ga-In), Kim Eun-Soo (Shin Hyun-Bin), Han Jung-Won (Choi Hee-Seo) and Do Hwa-Young (Goo Jae-Yee). “Mistress” is a remake of BBC One drama series of same name.
“Mistress” will first air April 28, 2018 and consist of 12 episodes.
Ep.1 trailer added for upcoming tvN drama series “My Mister” starring Lee Sun-Kyun and IU. The drama series follows a woman in her 20’s and a man in his 40’s who come to rely on each other to deal with their personal issues. If anything, ep.1 trailer teases that “My Mister” might be a compelling drama series to watch.

Lim Soo-Hyang has been offered the lead female role in new JTBC drama series “My ID Is Gangnam Beauty” (literal title). The drama series is based on webcomic “Nae IDneun Gangnammiin” by Gi Maeng-Gi. Currently, Lim Soo-Hyang is “positively considering” the offer. If she accepts, she will play Kang Mi-Rae. When her character was growing up, she was often teased and bullied for her unattractive appearance. Before entering college, she underwent plastic surgery and became beautiful, but people are still mean to her and call her “Gangnam Beauty” (fake beauty). She meets a guy at school named Do Kyung-Seok who doesn’t care about her appearance.
“My ID Is Gangnam Beauty” will air sometime later this year in South Korea.
Teaser trailer #3 for JTBC drama series “Something in the Rain” (English title) starring Son Ye-Jin and Jung Hae-In. The drama series’ Korean title is “Bab Jal Sajooneun Yebbeun Noona” which means literally “Pretty Sister Who Buys Me Food.”

Ha Seok-Jin is cast in KBS2 live-action drama series “Your House Helper” (literal title). The drama seris is webcomic “Dangshinui House Helper” by Seung Jung-Yeon. In the drama series, Ha Seok-Jin will play main character Kim Ji-Woon. He gave up a career at a big company to work as a housekeeper. Kim Ji-Woon listens to his customers while doing his job and gives them advice and how to solve their problems.
“Your House Helper” first airs June, 2018 in South Korea (takes over KBS2’s Wednesday and Thursday 10PM time slot after “Suits“).
Song Ji-Hyo and Chun Jung-Myung are cast for OCN drama series “Romantic Comedy King” (working & literal title). The drama series is based on manga “Zettai Kareshi” by Yuu Watase, which was previously adapted into 2008 Fuji TV drama series “Absolute Boyfriend.”
In the drama series, Song Ji-Hyo will play lead female character Da-Da. She works as a special effects make-up artist. She has an android robot as a boyfriend. Chun Jung-Myung will play lead male character Ma Wang-Joon. He is a popular actor and likes Da-Da.
OCN has decided to air the drama series and the drama series will air sometime during the first half of this year on Mondays and Tuesdays at 9PM.
