Seo Ye-Ji is now cast in upcoming tvN drama series “Lawless Lawyer” (literal title) co-starring Lee Joon-Gi. Seo Ye-Ji will play lead female character Ha Jae-Yi. Her works as lawyer and believes in justice. Because she assaults a judge, her character is unable to work as a lawyer and she takes a job as a law office manager.
First script reading will take place today, February 28, 2018 and the drama series is scheduled to air May 12, 2018 in South Korea.
Oh Dal-Su has dropped out of upcoming tvN drama series “My Mister” starring Lee Sun-Kyun & IU. Oh Dal-Su was originally cast to play major supporting character Park Sang-Hoon – the older brother of the main character played by Lee Sun-Kyun.
On February 15, 2018 an anonymous online comment accused the actor of sexual assault in the 1990’s when she worked as a theatre actress in Busan, but the comment was deleted by the same person. Oh Dal-Su denied the accusation on February 26, 2018. The same day, the person who originally wrote the comment appeared on JTBC news with her identity hidden. She accused Oh Dal-Su of rape. Oh Dal-Su denied the accusation. On February 27, 2017 another woman appeared on JTBC news show and accused Oh Dal-Su of sexual harassment in 2003. Her identity was shown on the television news show. After the interview, staff from “My Mister” held discussions with Oh Dal-Su and agreed that Oh Dal-Su will drop out of the series. A replacement actor will be cast to play Park Sang-Hoon.
Main posters for upcoming SBS drama series “Good Witch” starring Lee Da-Hae and Ryu Soo-Young. The drama series features Lee Da-Hae playing twin sisters Cha Sun-Hee and Cha Do-Hee. One is a housewife and the other is a flight attendant. When the flight attendant sister becomes involved in a conspiracy and loses consciousness, her twin sister takes her identity to find out what happened.

Kang So-Ra and Yoon Hyun-Min are now cast in drama series “Tale of Gyeryong Fairy” (literal tilte). They will play lead roles. Kang So-Ra will portray Sun Ok-Nam. Her character has waited 699 years for her deceased husband to be reincarnated. This is so she could retrieve her fairy clothes. Yoon Hyun-Min will play Jung Yi-Hyun. He is a biology professor and good looking. He does have a cleaning obsession and is distrustful. He visits the cafe in Gyeryong Mountain where Sun Ok-Nam works. “Tale of Gyeryong Fairy” is based on webcomic “Gyeryongsunnyeojeon” by Dol Bae.
The broadcasting station and potential air date has not yet been decided. The drama series will air as a 100% pre-production.
Kai from boy band ‘EXO’ is cast in a supporting role for upcoming KBS2 drama series “Miracle That We Met.” The drama series stars Kim Myung-Min and Kim Hyun-Joo. For the drama series, Kai will play Messenger Ato. He makes a fatal mistake involving the lives of Song Hyun-Cheol A (Kim Myung-Min) and Song Hyun-Cheol B (Ko Chang-Seok) and struggles to correct his mistake.

Filming for upcoming JTBC drama series “Clean With Passion For Now” has been halted and the drama series is now scheduled to air sometime during the second half of this year. The drama series was originally scheduled to first air April, 2018.
During filming of the drama series, actress Kim You-Jung felt something was not right with her physical condition. She went to the hospital and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Staff of “Clean With Passion For Now” and Kim You-Jung’s management company IHQ came to an agreement that filming should stop to let Kim You-Jung receive treatment.
Lee Joon-Gi is cast in upcoming tvN drama series “Lawless Lawyer” (literal title). In an upcoming interview with magazine “The Star,” that will be published this March, Lee Joon-Gi has revealed that he was cast for the drama series and stated that “I will struggle to bring out my ability to the highest level as the lead actor for drama series ‘Lawless Lawyer.'” In drama series “Lawless Lawyer,” Lee Joon-Gi will play lead male character Bong Sang-Pil. He is a lawyer who does not the trust the law. He stands before the court for his mother’s revenge, opposing absolute power. Actress Seo Ye-Ji has been offered the lead female role and she is still considering the offer positively.
“Lawless Lawyer” is currently scheduled to first air May 12, 2018 in South Korea (will air on tvN’s Saturday and Sunday 9PM time slot after “Live“).
Teaser trailer #2 for MBC drama series “Great Seducer” starring Woo Do-Hwan, Joy, Kim Min-Jae and Mun Ka-Young. Teaser trailer #2 shows all four of the main leads for the first time. Around the 31 second mark in teaser trailer #2, Woo Do-Hwan states seductively “Don’t worry, I’m on your side.” The drama seires is based on 18th century French novel “Les Liaisons dangereuses” by Pierre Choderlos de Laclos.

MBC drama series “Terius Behind Me,” starring So Ji-Sub, is now slated to air from September, 2018. In the drama series, So Ji-Sub will play Kim Bon. His character is a legendary NIS agent. His past operations code name was “Terius.” A woman’s husband goes missing. Kim Bon lives next to the woman and helps her uncover a conspiracy involving her husband. Casting for the female lead is ongoing.
Ji Sung & Han Ji-Min are cast in new tvN drama series “Wife That I Know” (literal title). The drama series’s genre is romance-fantasy and involves time travel. Ji Sung and Han Ji-Min will play married couple Cha Joo-Hyuk and Seo Woo-Jin. A choice that Cha Joo-Hyuk makes cause people, including himself and his wife, to live totally different lives in the present day. Drama series will be directed by Lee Sang-Yeob (“Shopping King Louis“) and screenplay by Yang Hee-Seung (“Oh My Ghost“).
