Kaito Takahashi from “King & Prince” is cast in TV Tokyo drama series “95.” The drama series is based on novel “95” by Kazumasa Hayami (“Our Family“). This will also mark Kaito Takahashi’s first time appearing in a TV Tokyo drama series. For “95,” Kaito Takahashi will play Akihisa Hiroshige. Set in 1995, he begins to run with a group of teamers in Shibuya.

Eiji Akaso is cast for the lead role in Fuji TV drama series “Re: Revenge.” This will be Eiji Akaso’s first time starring in a drama series for Fuji TV. The drama series features an original suspense-revenge screenplay centered around a large hospital. Eiji Aksao will play Kaito Tendo. He is estranged from his father, who is the chairman and founder of the hospital. An incident leads Kaito Tendo to come back to the hospital and try to protect what his father built.

Mio Imada is cast in NTV drama series “Hanasaki Mai Speaks Out.” The drama series is a remake of popular 2014 NTV drama series “Hanasaki Mai Speaks Out” starring Anne Watanabe and based off novels “Hanasaki Mai ga Damatte Inai” & “Fushoji” by Jun Ikeido. For the 2024 version of “Hanasaki Mai Speaks Out,” Mio Imada will play bank employee Mai Hanasaki. She gets transferred from a teller position to a HQ position overseeing local branch offices.

The time-travel themed drama series will have Hiromitsu Kitayama play 31-year-old Hajime Kanzaki. He looks into why his childhood friend committed a mass murder gas attack at a train station. During his investigation, he somehow travels back in time and meets his childhood friend.

In the live-action version, Akane Hotta and Katsuya Maiguma will play Ikuko Shiraishi and Hiroji Kurokawa. Ikuko Shiraishi feels uneasy with her relationship with Hiroji Kurokawa, who doesn’t work and lives in her home.
