Shotaro Mamiya cast in NTV drama “Acma: Game”

Shotaro Mamiya is cast in NTV live-action drama series “Acma: Game.” The drama series is based on manga series “Acma: Game” written by Mebu & illustrated by Koji Megumi. For “Acma: Game,” Shotaro Mamiya will play Teruasa Oda. He is the heir of a company, but he has spent most of his life researching the secret of the devil’s key. He returns to Japan and takes part in the “Acma: Game,” in pursuit of the devil’s key.

“Acma: Game” will first air April, 2024 in Japan (takes over NTV’s Sunday 10:30 PM time slot after “Alice in Wonderful Kitchen“).

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Teruasa Oda (Shotaro Mamiya) is the heir of the Oda Group. The company is one of the country’s largest general trading groups. When Teruasa Oda was little, his mother died in an accident. After that, his father Seiji Oda raised him alone. One day, Seiji Oda left an old key to Teruasa Oda. Right after that, his father is killed by a mysterious man right in front of him. The old key is a devil’s key. When someone gets the key, the person’s luck is boosted. When someone collects 99 of the devil’s key, then that person is able to have everything in the world. Teruasa Oda has wandered the world to find the secret of the devil’s key. He comes back to Japan after 13 years to satisfy his father’s grudge. Risking his life, Teruasa Oda competes in the Acma: Game against rivals who are after the devil’s key.
