First script reading for OCN drama “Search”

First script reading for OCN drama series “Search,” starring Jang Dong-Yoon & Krystal, took place April, 2020 in South Korea. Attending the first script reading were Jang Dong-Yoon, Krystal, Moon Jeong-Hee, Yoon Park, and Lee Hyun-Wook. The drama series is a military-thriller set along the DMZ. JAng Dong-Yoon plays Sergeant Yong Dong-Jin. He is nearing the end of his military service and becomes a handler for a dog in a search party. Krystal plays military officer Son Ye-Rim. She is sent to the DMZ to investigate a series of mysterious cases. They soon go up against a mysterious creature.

“Search” will first air sometime during the second half of this year in South Korea.

Main cast for OCN drama series “Amazing Rumor”

Joe Byeong-GyuYu Jun-SangKim Se-Jeong (‘Gugudan’), Yum Hye-Ran and Ahn Suk-Hwan are cast in new OCN drama series “Amazing Rumor.” The drama series is based on webtoon “”Kyeongirowoon Somoon” written by Jang Yi and published via Daum Webtoon. The drama series has the unusual premise of a group of people with supernatural abilities who hunt down evil spirits. They work in a noodle restaurant together to hide their true purpose.

“Amazing Rumor” will first air sometime during the second half of this year.

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: A village holds spirits of missing, deceased people. A search to find the missing bodies and discover the truth behind their disappearance occurs.

Kim Wook (Ko Soo) is a smooth talker and a good-looking man. He commits fraud to make a living. One day, he happens to arrive at Duon Village, where the missing dead gather. He soon faces numerous mysteries.

Jang Pan-Seok (Heo Jun-Ho) is a mysterious figure. He secretly looks for missing people. He is the connection between Duon Village and the outside world. He becomes a fraud partner with Kim Wook and he solves cases.
