Teaser posters and teaser trailer #2 for sequel film “The Accidental Detective 2” starring Kwon Sang-Woo, Sung Dong-Il and Lee Kwang-Soo. The sequel film features new character Yeochi played by Lee Kwang-Soo. He used to work on a cyber investigation team and now teams up with Kang Dae-Man (Kwon Sang-Woo) and No Tae-Soo (Sung Dong-Il).
“The Accidental Detective 2” will be released June, 2018 in South Korea.
Kazuya Kamenashi (‘KAT-TUN’) is cast in TV Tokyo drama special “Tegami: Keigo Higashino.” The drama special is based on award winning novel “Tegami” by Keigo Higashino. The novel was previously adapted into 2006 film “The Letters” starring Takayuki Yamada, Erika Sawajiri and Tetsuji Tamayama. In the drama special, Kazuya Kamenashi will play Naoki Takeshima. 4 years earlier, his older brother committed a crime so Naoki Takeshima could attend a university and his older brother went to prison. Naoki Takeshima is now tagged as the younger brother of a criminal.
Air date of “Tegami: Keigo Higashino” has yet to be announced.

The scene is vaguely reminiscent of movie “Castaway on the Moon.”

Haruka Ayase and Yutaka Takenouchi are cast in TBS drama series “Blues of Stepmother and Daughter” (literal title). The drama series is based on manga “Gibo to Musume no Blues” by Rin Sakurazawa. Yuichiro Hirakawa and Yuji Nakamae will direct the drama series and Yoshiko Morishita writes the screenplay adaptation. In “Blues of Stepmother and Daughter,” the duo will play a newly married couple. The wife must also take care of her new stepdaughter.
