First teaser trailer for upcoming MBN drama series “Fluttering Warning” (literal title) starring Chun Jung-Myung and Yoon Eun-Hye. The drama series is based on web novel “Seolremjoouibo” by Seo Han-Kyeol. Story for “Fluttering Warning” follows a dermatologist (Chun Jung-Myung) and a popular actress (Yoon Eun-Hye) who enter into a contract to act like they are in love.

Also cast in supporting roles are Kento Nagayama, Ryusei Yokohama and Tomoya Nakamura. The drama series is based on manga “Hajimete Koi o Shita Hi ni Yomu Hanashi” by Aki Mochida and directed by Ryosuke Fukuda. For the drama series, Kyoko Fukada will play main character Junko Harumi. Her life has not gone well since she failed her college entrance exam. She now works at a private institute when she meets 3 men.

Trailer and poster for live-action film “Tora-san” starring Hiromitsu Kitayama, Mikako Tabe and Kokoro Hirasawa. Movie is based on manga “Tora san” by Mina Itaba and directed by Masaya Kakei. The film follows an unpopular manga writer (Hiromitsu Kitayama) who dies in an accident and then is given a month to return to Earth as a cat.
“Tora-san” will be released February 15, 2019 in Japan.

Frst script reading for upcoming SBS drama series “Bok-Soo’s Back” (literal title) took place October 8, 2018 at SBS Ilsan Production Studios in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. At the first script reading, main cast members Yoo Seung-Ho, Jo Bo-Ah, Kwak Dong-Yeon, Cheon Ho-Jin and Park Ah-In all attended. The first script reading took about 3 hours to complete.
“Bok-Soo’s Back” will first air sometime in the early part of December, 2018 (takes over SBS’ Monday and Tuesday 10PM time slot after “Where Stars Land.”).
Mayu Matsuoka, Tori Matsuzaka, Win Morisaki and Oji Suzuka are cast for lead roles in movie “Honeybees and Distant Thunder” (literal title). The film is based on 2016 novel “Mitsubachi to Enrai” by Riku Onda and directed by Kei Ishikawa. Original novel “Mitsubachi to Enrai” won the 156th Naoki Prize and the 14th Japan Booksellers’ Award. Story for “Honeybees and Distant Thunder” will follow four people who take part in an international piano competition. Their pasts and backgrounds all differ and so are their reasons for competing.
Filming for “Honeybees and Distant Thunder” will begin at the end of October, 2018 and finish mid-December, 2018. “Honeybees and Distant Thunder” will be released sometime during autumn, 2019 in Japan.

The teaser trailer reveals that top star (Kim Ji-Suk) was involved in a drunk driving incident. The media is all over him and he decides to flee to a small rural island until things settle down.

Mitsuki Takahata is cast in new TBS drama series “Maison de Police.” The drama series is based on 2018 novel “Maison de Police” by Miaki Kato and directed by Yuichi Sato. Also cast in supporting roles are Hidetoshi Nishijima, Fumiyo Kohinata, Goro Noguchi, Takuzo Kadono and Masaomi Kondo. in drama series “Maison de Police,” Mitsuki Takahata will play rookie detective Hiyori Makino. She investigates a murder case that may be a copycat crime from 5 years earlier.

First teaser trailer for KBS2 drama series “Feel Good To Die” (English title) starring Kang Ji-Hwan and Baek Jin-Hee. The drama series revolves around a boss (Kang Ji-Hwan) that only a mother could love and his secretary (Baek Jin-Hee) who gets so fed up she wishes that he was dead. The boss does die, but the secretary finds herself going back in time and must save him.
