Machiko Ono cast in WOWOW drama series “The Voice Calling Your Name”

Machiko Ono is cast in WOWOW drama series “The Voice Calling Your Name.” The drama series is based on 2014 novel “Zekkyo” by Aki Hamanaka and directed by Naruhide Mizuta (“Iryu: Team Medical Dragon“). Story for the drama series revolves around a decayed body that is found in an apartment. The dead woman is identified as Yoko Suzuki (Machiko Ono). Detective Ayano searches into woman’s background. The body may not be that of Yoko Suzuki.

“The Voice Calling Your Name” will first air March 24, 2019 in Japan.

Teaser poster for movie “Witness”

First teaser poster added for upcoming movie “Witness” (literal title) starring Jung Woo-Sung and Kim Hyang-Gi. Caption on the teaser poster states in Korean “I met a girl with autism who is the only witness of the case.” Movie is directed by Lee Han (“Punch“).

In addition, the teaser poster reveals that the movie’s release date is set for February, 2019 in South Korea.

Air date and first still images of Lee Seung-Gi for SBS drama series “Vagabond”

SBS drama series “Vagabond,” starring Lee Seung-Gi and Bae Suzy, is now slated to first air May, 2019 in their Wednesday and Thursday 10PM time slot. Filming for the drama series is currently ongoing and was originally scheduled to finish by the end of this year, but completion is now pushed back to sometime in late January or February, 2019.

Meanwhile, here’s the first still images of Lee Seung-Gi in the drama series. In the drama series, Lee Seung-Gi plays stunt man Cha Dal-Gun. He becomes involved in a conspiracy case which draws in NIS agent Go Hae-Ri (Bae Suzy).
