Teaser trailer #2 & character posters for MBC drama series “Spring Turns to Spring”

Teaser trailer #2 added for MBC drama series “Spring Turns to Spring” starring Lee Yu-Ri and Uhm Ji-Won. In addition, here’s two character posters for the drama series. The character posters are of Lee Yu-Ri as Kim Bo-Mi and Uhm Ji-Won as Lee Bom. The two characters somehow switch bodies in the drama series.

“Spring Turns to Spring” first airs January 23, 2019 in South Korea (takes over MBC’s Wednesday & Thursday 10PM time slot after “Children of Nobody.”).

First script reading for JTBC drama series “Legal High”

First script reading for upcoming JTBC drama series “Legal High” took place December, 2018 at JTBC building in Sangam, Seoul, South Korea. Main cast members including Jin Goo, Seo Eun-Su, Yoon Park, Chae Jung-An, Jung Sang-Hoon, Lee Soon-Jae, Kim Byung-Ok and Kim Ho-Jung all attended. As the familiar title might suggest, the drama series is a remake of 2012 Fuji TV drama series “Legal High” with Masato Sakai and Yui Aragaki in the lead roles. Story for the drama series will follow Lawyer Ko Tae-Rim (Jin Goo) with a 100% wining rate and Lawyer Seo Jae-In (Seo Eun-Su) with a 100% sense of justice.

“Legal High” first airs February 8, 2019 in South Korea (takes over JTBC’s Friday & Saturday 11PM time slot after “SKY Castle“).

Masaharu Fukuyama & Teruyuki Kagawa cast in TBS drama series “Group Demotion”

Masaharu Fukuyama & Teruyuki Kagawa are cast in TBS drama series “Group Demotion” (literal and working title). The drama series is based on novels “Shudan Sasen” & “Shinsohan Ginko Shitencho” by Tetsuo Ebato. In the drama series Masaharu Fukuyama plays bank employee Hiroshi Kataoka. He receives a promotion to a branch manager position, but is also told that the branch will soon shut down.

“Group Demotion” first airs April, 2019 in Japan.

Teaser trailer #2 added for upcoming MBC drama series “Item” starring Ju Ji-Hoon, Jin Se-Yun and Kim Kang-Woo. The drama series is a fantasy-thriller which teaser trailer #2 shows plenty examples of.

Seol Hyun offered lead female role in JTBC drama series “My Country”

Seol Hyun (‘AOA’) has been offered the lead female role in upcoming JTBC drama series “My Country” (literal title) starring Yang Se-Jong and Woo Do-Hwan. If Seol Hyun accepts, she will play Han Hee-Jae. Her character has been raised as a leader of information group Yihwaroo. She is smart and good in martial arts. The drama series is set at the end of the Goryeo period.

“My Country” will first air sometime during the second half of 2019 in South Korea.

Jang Hyuk to make cameo appearance in tvN drama series “The Crowned Clown”

Jang Hyuk is set to make a cameo appearance in tvN drama series “The Crowned Clown” starring Yeo Jin-Goo and Lee Se-Young. Jang Hyuk’s cameo appearance will take place in ep.1 which airs January 7, 2019. For his cameo appearance, Jang Hyuk will play the father of King Lee Hun (Yeo Jin-Goo). Jang Hyuk accepted the cameo appearance due to his working relationship with Director Kim Hee-Won. Jang Hyuk and Kim Hee-Won previously worked together in 2017 MBC drama series “Money Flower.” Above and below are two still images of Jang Hyuk in “The Crowned Clown.” Drama series is a remake of 2012 Korean movie “Masquerade.”
