Tomohisa Yamashita is cast in live-action TBS drama series “In Hand.” The drama series is based on manga “In Hand” by Ao Akato. Shunichi Hirano will direct the drama series and screenplay adaptation will be written by Yasuhiro Yoshida. For the drama series, Tomohisa Yamashita will play parasitologist Tetsu Himokura. He has a robotic arm and does research on parasites.

Hiroki Suzuki & Sho Kiyohara are cast in WOWOW drama series “Insect Cage’s Lock” (literal title of “Mushikago no Jyomae”). The drama series will be directed by Keisuke Toyoshima and is based on an original screenplay. The drama series will follow two men who get involved in uncovering the mystery behind cult group Mushikago no Niwa.
“Insect Cage’s Lock” first airs March 22, 2019 in Japan.

Hong Jong-Hyun and Ki Tae-Young are cast for lead male roles in KBS2 drama series “My Prettiest Daughter In The World ” (literal title). Already cast in the drama series as lead female characters are Kim So-Yeon, Yoo-Sun and Kim Ha-Kyung. The three women will play sisters in the drama series. For Hong Jong-Hyun, he will play lead male character Han Tae-Joo. He is the youngest son of a family that owns the company where he works. Han Tae-Joo works with Kang Mi-Ri (Kim So-Yeon) and they get involved in a romantic relationship.
“My Prettiest Daughter In The World” first airs March, 2019 in South Korea (takes over KBS2’s Saturday and Sunday 7:55 PM time slot after “My Only One.”).

Ep.1 air date for “The Fiery Priest” is now set for February 15, 2019 in South Korea. Drama series is SBS’ first to air on Fridays and Saturdays at 10PM.
Mizuki Yamashita cast in live-action TV Tokyo drama series “Denei Shojo: Video Girl Mai 2019.” The drama series is based on manga “Denei Shojo: Ai-hen” by Masakazu Katsura. Compared to last year’s TV Tokyo drama series “Denei Shojo: Video Girl Ai 2018,” which dealt with a love story, “Denei Shojo: Video Girl Mai 2019” will contain a darker fantasy story.
