Kaya Kiyohara cast in NTV drama “Medium Detective Hisui Jozuka”

Kaya Kiyohara is cast for the lead role in NTV drama series “Medium Detective Hisui Jozuka” (literal title). The drama series is based on novel “Medium Reibai Tantei Jozuka Hisui” by Sako Aizawa (“Our Story“). For “Medium Detective Hisui Jozuka,” Kaya Kiyohara will play Hisui Jozuka. She has a special ability to identify murderers and speak with spirits. She teams up with a mystery writer to solve cases.

“Medium Detective Hisui Jozuka” first airs October, 2022 in Japan (takes over NTV’s Sunday 10:30 PM time slot after “New Nobunaga Chronicle“).

Trailer for ENA drama “Good Job”

Main trailer and poster added for movie “A Man” starring Satoshi Tsumabuki, Sakura Ando, Masataka Kubota. Movie is based on 2018 novel “Aru Otoko” by Keiichiro Hirano (“After the Matinee“) and directed by Kei Ishikawa (“Gukoroku: Traces of Sin“). The follows Attorney Akira Kido (Satoshi Tsumabuki) as he looks into the identity of the late husband (Masataka Kubota) of a former client (Sakura Ando).

Kyohei Takahashi and Mei Hata are cast in live-action film “And Yet, You Are So Sweet.” The movie is based on manga series “Nanoni, Chigira-kun ga Amasugiru” by Kujira Anan and directed by Takehiko Shinjo (“Come Kiss Me At 0:00 AM“). The teen romance film will follow two high school students who perform a pretend unrequited love play. In addition, the first teaser trailer can be viewed at AsianWiki.
