Trailer for Coupang Play drama “Unicorn”

First trailer added for Coupang Play drama series “Unicorn” starring Shin Ha-Kyun & Won Jin-A. The drama series revolves around a startup called called Macoom. The trailer begins with Shin Ha-Kyun asking “What’s the difference between Elon Musk, Bill Gates and me Steve?” Around the 1 minute and 7 second mark, Shin Ha-Kyun states “Failure. It’s another name for our Maccom.” Captions in the trailor states “(0:24) “Let me introduce you to Maccom,” (0:28) “Strength 1 Horizontal Organization,” (0:34) “Strength 2 Open Recruitment,” (0:41) “Strength 3 Visionary Leader,” (0:47) “Strength 4 Work Environment Full of Humor,” (0:59) “K startup Maccom is,” (1:04) “Peaceful today, too.”

“Unicorn” will stream from August 26, 2022 in South Korea.

Toma Ikuta, Gaku Hamada, and Kanna Hashimoto cast in movie “Yumichi”

Toma IkutaGaku Hamada, and Kanna Hashimoto are cast in movie “Yumichi.” Movie is directed by Masayuki Suzuki (“Masquerade Hotel“) and scripted by Kundo Koyama (“Departures“). The film revolves around a family owned bathhouse. Toma Ikuta will play older brother Shiro Miura and Gaku Hamada will play younger brother Goro Miura. Their late father passed the bathhouse down to them and Goro Miura has been operating the bathhouse since their father’s death. Kanna Hashimoto will play Izumi. She is an employee at the bathhouse. Filming for the movie took place on a set in Kyoto, Japan.

“Yumichi” will be released February 23, 2023 in Japan.

Teaser trailer and poster for Waave drama “X in Crisis”

First teaser trailer and poster added for Waave drama series “X in Crisis” (literal title) starring Kwon Sang-Woo & Lim Se-Mi. The drama series will follow middle-aged man Yoon played by Kwon Sang-Woo. His successful life is lost when he loses money in the stock market. He gets a second change when he is hired by startup company Lucido.

The teaser trailer and poster also reveals that “X in Crisis” will be available to stream from September 2, 2022 in South Korea.

Teaser posters for movie “Confidential Assignment 2: International”

Two teaser posters added for movie “Confidential Assignment 2: International” starring Hyun-Bin, Yu Hae-Jin, Daniel Henney, Jin Sun-Kyu, & Lim Yoon-A. Movie is a sequel to 2017 film “Confidential Assignment.” Screenplay for the sequel will have North Korean Detective  Im Chul-Ryung (Hyun-Bin) and South Korean Detective Kang Jin-Tae (Yu Hae-Jin) collaborating with U.S. FBI Agent Jack (Daniel Henney). 

“Confidential Assignment 2: International” will be released September, 2022 in South Korea.

Lee Ji-Ah & Lee Sang-Yoon cast in tvN drama “Lady”

Lee Ji-Ah and Lee Sang-Yoon cast for the lead roles in tvN drama series “Lady.” Jang Hee-JinPark Ki-Woong and Bong Tae-Gyu are also cast for supporting roles in the drama series. Lead actress Lee Ji-Ah, supporting actor Bong Tae-Gyu, and show creator Kim Sun-Ok preciously worked together in hit SBS drama series “Penthouse.” In “Lady,” Lee Ji-Ah will play Hong Tae-Ra and Lee Sang-Yoon will play her husband Pyo Jae-Hyun. Lee Ji-Ah’s Hong Tae-Ra must take the role of the country’s first lady to protect her family.

“Lady” will first air sometime next year in South Korea.

First teaser trailer added for ENA drama series “Good Job” starring Jung Il-Woo and Kwon Yuri. The teaser trailer begins with Jung Il-Woo as Eun Sun-Woo stating “Private detective? I’m bored of hearing comparisons to Sherlock Holmes. In fact, except that he is more famous than me, he isn’t comparable to me in appearance, personality, and wealth.” Eun Sun-Woo runs the largest company in Korea, but he also secretly runs a private detective agency. Above and below are the first teaser posters for the drama series.

“Good Job” first airs August 24, 2022 in South Korea (takes over ENA’s Wednesday and Thursday 9PM time slot after “Extraordinary Attorney Woo“).
