Filming for JTBC drama “Sisyphus: The Myth” finishes

Filming for JTBC drama series “Sisyphus: The Myth,” starring Cho Seung-Woo & Park Shin-Hye, completed recently in South Korea. The drama series began filming May, 2020. The drama series is currently undergoing post production work. The script is a sci-fi-mystery story with Park Shin-Hye playing a warrior like character from the future. She travels to the present day to save the lead male character played by Cho Seung-Woo.

“Sisyphus: The Myth” will first air sometime during the first half of next year, following “Run On” in JTBC’s Wednesday & Thursday 9PM time slot.

Kim You-Jung & Ahn Hyo-Seop cast in SBS drama “Hong Cheon-Ki”

Kim You-Jung & Ahn Hyo-Seop are cast in SBS drama series “Hong Cheon-Ki.” Kim You-Jung will play title character Hong Cheon-Ki. She was born blind, but miraculously gained her eyesight. She becomes the first female painter in the Dohwaseo (Korean Royal Academy of Painting).

Ahn Hyo-Seop will play lead male character Ha Ram. Even though he is blind, he is able to the constellation. He works as an officer at the seowoongwan, which is in charge of astronomy, geography, art of divination, and meteorology.  The drama series will depict a love story between female painter Hong Cheon-Ki and Ha Ram.

“Hong Cheon-Ki” will first air sometime next year in South Korea.

Character posters & ep.1 air date for JTBC drama “She Would Never Know”

Character posters and ep.1 air date added for JTBC drama series “She Would Never Know” starring Won Jin-A & Ro Woon. The character posters are of Won Jin-A as Yoon Song-A, Ro Woon (‘SF9’) as Chae Hyun-Seung, Lee Hyun-Wook as  Lee Jae-Shin, and Lee Joo-Bin as Lee Hyo-Joo. The character posters are reveals the English title for the drama series as “She Would Never Know.”

“She Would Never Know” is now scheduled to first air January 18, 2021 in South Korea.

Here’s still images from tvN drama series “Jiri Mountain” starring Gianna Jun & Ju Ji-Hoon. The photo above is the first from the filming set that shows Gianna Jun and Ju Ji-Hoon appearing together. First script reading for TV Chosun drama “Marriage Lyrics and Divorce Music”

First script reading for TV Chosun drama series “Marriage Lyrics and Divorce Music” (literal title) took place recently in South Korea. The first script reading included main cast members Lee Ga-RyeongSung HoonPark Joo-MiLee Tae-KonJeon Su-KyeongJeon No-MinLee Min-Young. The drama series revolves around three couples, with a woman in her 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s.
