First script for KBS2 drama “Dear M”

First script reading for KBS2 drama series “Dear M,” starring Park Hye-Soo, Jaehyun, Roh Jeong-Eui, & Bae Hyun-Sung, took place October 14, 2020 in South Korea. The first script reading was attended by the lead performers and others including Lee Jin-Hyuk, Woo Da-Vi, Lee Jung-Sic, Hwang Boreumbyeol, Kwon Eun-Bin (CLC), & Jo Joon-Young. Before the first script reading started, Park Hye-Soo stated “I am excited to you all. I hope we will all complete the drama series healthy and happy.” Jaehyun from boy band NCT stated “I will do my best for all of us to have fun while making the drama series.”

“Dear M” will first air sometime during the first half of 2021 in South Korea.

Teaser trailer #4 added for JTBC drama series “Hush” starring Hwang Jung-Min & Yoona. Narration and captions in the teaser trailer has Yoona stating (0:07) “The pen is mightier than the gun but,” (0:15) “Meal is stronger than the pen.” Meanwhile, below are still images of Hwang Jung-Min in the drama series. He plays Han Joon-Hyeok. His character is a veteran reporter, but he doesn’t have the passion for the job like he once did.

Kim Hye-Yoon, Lee Jae-Wook, & Lee Tae-Ri to make cameo in tvN drama “True Beauty”

Kim Hye-Yoon, Lee Jae-Wook, and Lee Tae-Ri are set to make cameo appearances in tvN drama series “True Beauty” starring Mun Ka-Young, Cha Eun-Woo, & Hwang In-Yeop. Kim Hye-Yoon, Lee Jae-Wook, and Lee Tae-Ri previously starred together in MBC drama series “Extraordinary You,” which was directed by “True Beauty” director Kim Sang-Hyub. The three will make cameo appearances because of their good working relationship with director Kim Sang-Hyub. Character descriptions for their cameo appearance have not yet been revealed. Meanwhile, below are new still images of Mun Ka-Young, Park Yoo-Na and Kang Min-Ah in “True Beauty.”

“True Beauty” will first air December 9, 2020 in South Korea (takes over tvN’s Wednesday & Thursday 10:30 PM time slot after “Tale of the Nine Tailed“).

Here’s the first teaser poster for JTBC drama series “Senior, Don’t Put on That Lipstick” (literal title) starring Won Jin-A & Ro Woon. Shin Hyun-Bin is cast in JTBC drama series “Person Who Looks Like You” (literal title) starring Ko Hyun-Jung. For the drama series, Shin Hyun-Bin will play second lead female character Hae-Won. She is scripted as being honest and forthright. She works as an art teacher and comes from a poor background, but she is still able to shine. After Hae-Won meets Hee-Joo (Ko Hyun-Jung), she changes.

“Person Who Looks Like You” will air sometime next year in South Korea.

Kim Hye-Soo cast in Netflix drama “Juvenile Judgement”

Kim Hye-Soo is cast in Netflix drama series “Juvenile Judgement” (literal title). The drama series will be directed by Hong Jong-Chan (“Her Private Life“). Kim Hye-Soo’s previous drama series “Hyena” had her play a sharp personal attorney and for “Juvenile Judgement” she will make the jump to the other side of the courtroom and play a judge. More specifically, Kim Hye-Soo will play Sim Eun-Seok who is judge at a local juvenile court.

Release date for “Juvenile Judgement” has not yet been revealed, but it will be available to stream worldwide through Netflix.

Lee Je-Hoon & Esom cast in SBS drama “Deluxe Taxi”

Lee Je-Hoon and Esom are cast in SBS drama series “Deluxe Taxi.” Kim Eui-Sung & Lee Na-Eun are also cast for major supporting character roles. In “Deluxe Taxi,” Lee Je-Hoon will play Kim Do-Ki. He works as a taxi driver for Rainbow Taxi Company and he was once a member of a military special forces team. Esom will play Kang Ha-Na. She is an enthusiastic and highly determined prosecutor. Kim Eui-Sung will play Jang Sung-Cheol. He is the CEO of Rainbow Taxi Company. Lastly, Lee Na-Eun will play Go Eun. She is a hacker and employee of Rainbow Taxi Company. The drama series is based on webcomic “Mobeomtaxi” written by Carlos.

“Deluxe Taxi” first airs sometime next year in South Korea.
