Song Yoon-A, Lee Sung-Jae, Jeon So-Min & Chansung cast in Channel A drama “Show Window: Queen’s House”

Song Yoon-A, Lee Sung-Jae, Jeon So-Min and Chansung are cast in Channel A drama series “Show Window: Queen’s House” (literal title). The drama series will have Song Yoon-A and Lee Sung-Jae playing wife and husband. Lee Sung-Jae’s character becomes attracted to a woman played by Jeon So-Min. Changsun will play the younger brother of Song Yoon-A’s character. “Show Window: Queen’s House” is now set to air November, 2021 in South Korea.

Teaser poster & ep.1 air date for KBS2 drama “Dal-Ri and Gamjatang”

Teaser poster and ep.1 air date set for KBS2 drama series “Dal-Ri and Gamjatang” (literal title) starring Kim Min-Jae & Park Gyu-Young. Ep.1 is now set to air September 22, 2021 in South Korea. The drama series will slot into KBS2’s Wednesday and Thursday 9:30 PM time slot that previously aired “Sell Your Haunted House.” The romantic-comedy drama series features two opposite personality people meeting and bonding through an art gallery.

Jung In-Sun & Lee Jun-Young cast in SBS drama “I Will Be Your Night”

Jung In-Sun and Lee Jun-Young are cast for lead roles in SBS drama series “I Will Be Your Night.” JR from idol group NU’EST, Yoon Ji-Sung, Kim Dong-Hyun from AB6IX, and Jang Dong-Joo were already cast to play supporting characters. Jung In-Sun will play lead female character In Yoon-Joo. She pretends to be a doctor and begins to live 5 members of idol group Luna. Lee Jun-Young will play Yoon Tae-In. He is the leader of idol group Luna and suffers from sleepwalking.

“I Will Be Your Night” will first air sometime later this year in South Korea.

Teaser trailer #2 & air date set for tvN drama “Hometown”

Teaser trailer #2 and ep.1 air date set for tvN drama series “Hometown” starring Yoo Jae-Myung & Han Ye-Ri. Ep.1 is now set to air Wednesday, September 22, 2021 in South Korea. The drama series will follow “The Road: The Tragedy of One” in tvN’s Wednesday and Thursday 10:30 PM time slot. Caption in the the teaser trailer #2 states “The place where everything turned upside down.” Below are the first still images of Yoo Jae-Myung and Han Ye-Ri.

Character posters for tvN drama “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha”

Here’s three character posters for upcoming tvN drama series “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” starring Shin Min-A & Kim Sun-Ho. The character posters are of Shin Min-A as Yoon Hye-Jin, Kim Sun-Ho as Hong Du-Sik, and Lee Sang-Yi as Ji Sung-Hyun. Caption on Shin Min-A’s character posters “Born to be a city woman, Seoul slicker,” while Kim Sun-Ho’s states “Voluntary unemployed, multi-talented man. Country village hero,” and Lee Sang-Yi’s states “Unintentionally entered Gongjin Village. Star PD.” The drama series is a remake of 2004 movie “Mr. Hong.”

First script reading for KBS2 drama “Dal-Ri and Gamjatang”


First script reading for KBS2 drama series “Dal-Ri and Gamjatang” (literal title) took place April, 2021 in South Korea. The first script reading included main cast members Kim Min-Jae, Park Gyu-Young, Kwon Yool, Yeon Woo, Hwang Hee, Woo Hee-Jin, Ahn Kil-Kang, An Se-Ha, Hwang Bo-Ra, and director Lee Jung-Sub. Prior to the start of the script reading, director Lee Jung-Sub stated “I am grateful to be able to film with such great actors. I will try to make the film site a pleasant atmosphere. Let’s make a fun drama together.”

“Dal-Ri and Gamjatang” is now scheduled to first air September, 2021 (takes over KBS2’s Wednesday & Thursday 9:30 PM time slot that previously aired “Sell Your Haunted House“).

Kim Dong-Wook, Kim Sung-Kyu, & Chae Jung-An cast in TVING drama series “The King of Pigs”

Kim Dong-Wook, Kim Sung-Kyu, and Chae Jung-An are cast in TVING drama series “The King of Pigs.” The drama series is a remake of 2011 animation film “The King of Pigs” directed by Yeon Sang-Ho. For actor Kim Dong-Wook and actress Chae Jung-An, their performance together will be the first time they have worked together since 2007 MBC drama series “Coffee Prince.” Filming for “The King of Pigs” is scheduled to begin this month in South Korea.

Lee Seo-Jin & Ra Mi-Ran cast in TVING drama “Internist Park Won-Jang”

Lee Seo-Jin and Ra Mi-Ran are cast in TVING drama series “Internist Park Won-Jang” (literal title). The drama series is based on webcomic Naegwa Parkwonjang” by Jang Bong-Soo. The webcomic is based on the personal experience of Jang Bong-Soo as he worked as a doctor for 18 years. The drama series will follow Lee Seo-Jin as he portrays internal medicine physician Park Won-Jang. He struggles to save his clinic. He is married to Sa Mo-Rim, who is played by Ra Mi-Ran.

“Internist Park Won-Jang” will stream from TVING sometime later this year.
