Kim Sae-Ron, Jung Da-Eun, Seo Eun-Young, & Lee Ha-Young are cast in KBS2 drama special “Girls.” The drama special is a period piece set within the royal palace. Kim Sae-Ron will play a court lady, who is tasked by a royal concubine (Seo Eun-Young) to oust the crown prince’s wife (Jung Da-Eun).

First teaser trailer added for Netflix drama series “Hellbound” starring Yoo Ah-In, Park Jung-Min, & Kim Hyun-Joo. Drama series is based on webcomic “Jiok” by Yeon Sang-Ho (“Train To Busan“) and also directed by him.
The first teaser trailer begins with Yoo Ah-In stating that an angel and prophesies appears. The angel tells the name of the person who hears the prophecy and states “You will die that day and that time and you will go to Hell.”

Yoon Si-Yoon has been offered the lead male role in KBS2 drama series “The Present Is Beautiful” (literal title). Currently, Yoon Si-Yoon is “positively considering” the offer. If he accepts, Yoon Si-Yoon will play divorce attorney Lee Hyun-Jae. The Korean title of the drama series “Hyunjaeneun Areumdawo” can be translated literally as “The Present Is Beautiful” or “Hyun-Jae is Beautiful” (which contain’s the lead male character’s name).
“The Present Is Beautiful” will first air sometime next year in South Korea.

Teaser trailer #2 added for tVN drama series “Yumi’s Cells” starring Kim Go-Eun & Ahn Bo-Hyun. The teaser begins with Ahn Bo-Hyun asking “It’s still early in the evening. Do you want a cup of coffee?” Kim Go-Eun later responds “Yes. It is early in the evening. I will have coffee.” Afterwards, cells in Yu-Mi’s (Kim Go-Eun) brain begin to talk. Lee Sung-Kyung and Kim Young-Dae are cast in tvN drama series “Shooting Star” (literal title). The drama series will be directed by Lee Soo-Hyun (“The Witch’s Diner“/”Awaken“). Drama series “Shooting Star” is a romantic-comedy with Lee Sung-Kyung playing Oh Han-Byeol. She works for the PR team of a talent agency. Kim Young-Dae will play Gong Tae-Sung. He is the top actor at the talent agency.
Filming for “Shooting Star” will begin late, September, 2021.

Joo Sang-Wook, Kim Young-Chul, Park Jin-Hee and Ye Ji-Won are cast in KBS1 drama series “Taejong Yi Bang-Won.” The drama series is based on the life of Taejong of Joseon, the third of Joseon. Joo Sang-Wook will play Yi Bang-Won, who becomes known as Taejong of Joseon. He is the fifth son of King Taejo (Kim Young-Chul). He helps his father overthrow Goryeo Dynasty and begin the Joseon Dynasty.
