Sadao Abe and Kenshi Okada are cast in movie “Sickness That Leads To The Death Penalty” (literal title). The film is based on 2017 novel “Shikei ni Itaru Yamai” by Riu Kushiki and directed by Kazuya Shiraishi (“The Devil’s Path“). Sadao Abe will play a convicted serial killer on death row, while Kenshi Okada will play a college student who receives a letter from the serial killer.

Gackt & Fumi Nikaido are cast in sequel live-action film “Fly Me To The Saitama II” (working title). The film follows 2019 movie “Fly Me To The Saitama,” which starred Gackt and Fumi Nikaido. Director Hideki Takeuchi and screenwriter Yuichi Tokunaga also return to work on the sequel film. The 2019 movie “Fly Me To The Saitama” is based on manga series “Tonde Saitama” by Mineo Maya.
