Movie is based off of 2019 NTV drama series “Your Turn to Kill,” with Tomoyo Harada & Kei Tanaka in the lead roles. Teaser trailer & suporting cast for movie “What to Do with the Dead Kaiju?”

Teaser trailer and release date set for movie “What to Do with the Dead Kaiju?” starring Ryosuke Yamada & Tao Tsuchiya. Movie is written and directed by the always quirky Satoshi Miki (“The Insects Unlisted in the Encyclopedia“). Also announced today are the first batch of supporting actors for the film and they are Gaku Hamada, Joe Odagiri, & Toshiyuki Nishida.

“What to Do with the Dead Kaiju?” is now set for release February 4, 2022 in Japan.

Main trailer for movie “The End of the Pale Hour”

Main trailer added for movie “The End of the Pale Hour” starring Takumi Kitamura & Yuina Kuroshima. Movie is based on 2020 novel “Akegata no Wakamonotachi” by Masahiko Katsuse and directed by Hana Matsumoto. Meanwhile, the movie’s theme song has been revealed as “Happy Ending e no Kitai wa” by rock band Macaroni Empitsu. The theme song is also featured in the main trailer.

“The End of the Pale Hour” is now set for release December 31, 2021 in Japan.

Nana Komatsu & Kentaro Sakaguchi cast in movie “The Last 10 Years”

Nana Komatsu and Kentaro Sakaguchi are cast in movie “The Last 10 Years.” The film is based on 2007 novel “Yomei 10 Nen” by Ruka Kosaka and directed by Michihito Fujii (“The Brightest Roof in the Universe“). The novel is “inspired” by the true story of its author Ruka Kosaka, who passed away in 2017 at the age of 38. Meanwhile, the first teaser trailer and poster has been added on AsianWiki. The teaser trailer begins with Kentaro Sakaguchi’s stating “She lives her last 10 years like the beginning of her life.”

“The Last 10 Years” will be released spring, 2022 in Japan.
