Natsumi (Ayane Nagabuchi) will get married soon, but her grandmother Kiyo (Mitsuko Kusabue) injures her leg and stays at the hospital. They make a promise to each other that the grandmother will walk with her granddaughter on her wedding day.

Trailer and poster for movie “The Blood of Wolves” starring Koji Yakusho and Tori Matsuzaka. Movie is based on 2015 novel “Korou no Chi” by Yuko Yuzuki and directed by Kazuya Shiraishi (“The Devil’s Path“). The film is set in 1988, right before the anti-organized crime law goes in effect. Detectives must go up against the yakuza and their rival gangs.

Teaser trailer and teaser poster added for upcoming movie “Code Blue” starring Tomohisa Yamashita,Yui Aragaki, Erika Toda, Manami Higa and Yosuke Asari. The teaser trailer reveals large scale disasters that take place at Narita Airport and the Umihotaru parking area by Trans-Tokyo Bay Expressway. The movie is a sequel to the Fuji TV drama series “Code Blue.” In addition, Kippei Shiina from “Code Blue Season 2” & “Code Blue Season 3” and Daiki Arioka (‘Hey! Say! JUMP’), Ryo Narita, Yuko Araki and Fumika Baba who all appeared in “Code Blue Season 3” will reprise their supporting roles in the movie version.

Trailer for movie “Recall” starring Tomoya Nagase, Dean Fujioka and Issei Takahashi. Movie is based on 2006 novel “Soratobu Taiya” by Jun Ikeido and was previously adapted into 2009 WOWOW drama series “The Flying Tire.” The film follows a transport truck company who experiences a tire that falls off its truck and causes a fatal accident. The owner (Tomoya Nagase) of the company investigates and believes the accident was caused by a manufacturing defect. Movie is directed by Katsuhide Motoki.
“Recall” will be released June 15, 2018 in Japan.
Trailer added for movie “Liverleaf” starring Anna Yamada and Hiroya Shimizu. Movie is based on manga “Misumisou” by Rensuke Oshikiri and directed by Eisuke Naito (“Let’s Make the Teacher Have a Miscarriage Club“). The film deals with bullying and follows a high school student who moves to a small rural town and becomes the target of bullies. Her house then burns down killing her parents. The girl sets out for revenge.

Trailer for movie “Nomitori Samurai” starring Hiroshi Abe, Shinobu Terajima and Etsushi Toyokawa. In the film, Hiroshi Abe plays sumurai Hironoshin Kobayashi. He is given work orders which amounts to pleasuring women.
“Nomitori Samurai” will be released May 18, 2018.
Poster and main trailer added for live-action film “Marmalade Boy” starring Hinako Sakurai and Ryo Yoshizawa. The film is based on manga “Marmalade Boy” by Wataru Yoshizumi and directed by Ryuichi Hiroki. In addition, a second wave of supporting actors have been announced for the film which include Kisetsu Fujiwara, Yasufumi Terawaki, Nina Endo and Terunosuke Takezai.

Teaser trailer #2 added for live-action film “Bleach” starring Sota Fukushi and Hana Sugisaki. Movie is based on popular manga “BLEACH” by Tite Kubo and directed by Shinsuke Sato (“Gantz“). Teaser trailer #2 features a fight scene between Kurosaki (Sota Fukushi) and a human spirit eating creature Hollow.

Trailer for Japanese-Korean film “Butterfly Sleep” starring Miho Nakayama and Kim Jae-Wook. Movie is written and directed by Jeong Jae-Eun (“Take Care of My Cat“). The film revolves around 54-year-old novelist Ryoko Matsumura (Miho Nakayama) and twenty something year old Chan-Hae (Kim Jae-Wook). Chan-Hae is from South Korea and he helps Ryoko Matsumura write her latest novel. During their time together they fall in love, but Ryoko Matsumura has Alzheimer’s.
“Butterfly Sleep” had its world premiere in October, 2017 at the Busan International Film Festival and will be released May 12, 2018 in Japan.
Teaser trailer for upcoming movie “Over Drive” starring Masahiro Higashide and Mackenyu Arata. The film has Masahiro Higashide and Mackenyu Arata playing bickering brothers involved in the rally car racing world. Mackenyu Arata plays younger brother Naozumi Hiyama (he’s the hot headed, but talented race car driver) and Masahiro Higashide plays older brother Atsuhiro Hiyama (he works as the mechanic for the race car team).
